This looks like just a FRONT lift (leveling). Nothing in the rear. Same case for the Fabtech kit = front only. @BroncoBeachBuggy like you I want rear lift, about an inch. Without shocks or stiff springs. I haven’t found it yet. Waiting & watching.

@Runyon I see that you have the 2.7. Which means that you have the automatic transmission. Therefore you haven‘t personally verified that that your advice is good. In today litigious society, personally I try not to do that. Plus I get no joy from other people’s misery.

What @zuke said. 1. Add a charge line. 2. Always use Neutral Tow Mode. Because lubrication.

What viscosity of oil are you using?

@Brian_B good points! I have been replacing the plastic screws with black metal screws from the auto parts store. @Wolford678 don’t fret about these. Be as gentle as you can but as forceful as necessary. And check your local auto parts store - most of them have lots of replacements...

That’s a lot of weight. Trailer axles are notoriously easy to bend & break. I’ve done it myself. Check out this failure recovery by Trail Mater in Moab.

@autouniontech What do you have for axles on that trailer ?

2 words: polyurethane bushings. (There‘s a reason that ALL of the OEM manufacturers - American, German, Japanese - use rubber bushings instead of polyurethane.). But maybe if you can find some graphite-impregnated bushings it would be a little better. Maybe.

We’ve had these on various cars and trucks for 20 years. Treat them just like any other part of the external bodywork. Regular car wash & dry.

Respectfully disagree. Open is the worst. I have had this diff in an F150 for 15 years and 180,000 miles. It is still tight, clean & quiet even after a hard life of towing, off roading, highway & daily driving.

20 years ago a body shop guy told me $1,500 a corner as a rule of thumb. That was 20 years ago. Also, LED lights & other fancy things can be 2-3 times as much as the old school stuff. This is not your father’s Bronco.

Would you happen to know if you have the rear (anti-)sway bar?
