I did the White Rim in my BL. If you drive off line you "might" find use of your rails but in all reality you won't touch them. Moab on the other hand....can confirm, they come in handy ;)
averaging around 18.3, mostly city. Agree with others speed kills. I had a ton of seat time to mess with different settings, speeds, tire pressures and seemed to find 2300 RPM on the highway is the point where MPG starts dwindling (2.7 engine, 4 door).
