  1. 2.7L Bronco First Edition 0-60 MPH VIDEO!!

I've seen a few responses mention that they will be incorporating a tune to combat the OEM performance... IMHO, needing to do that right out of the gate because a vehicle didn't meet ones expectations is FUBAR! One of the reasons I chose this vehicle was due to the projected HP/TQ figures in...
  2. 2.7L Bronco First Edition 0-60 MPH VIDEO!!

I have to say I agree with your statement for the most part, BUT it comes with a caveat... I will hold judgement until after the behind-the-wheel embargo is lifted and more reviews and videos start showing up with better performance testing guidelines and detailed information. This video doesn't...
  3. My First Edition Bronco was delivered TODAY!!!!

If you plan on taking your rig off-road, you might consider holding on to the extra set... as a back-up, per say.
  4. Jeep Xtreme Recon

Good for you... I spec'd the Rubicon multiple times... past and present. I'm a box-ticker so don't judge me... a Rubi was going to be a 4-dr, 3.6 PentaStar, Auto, hardtop, front trail cam, modular bumper, leather, etc., etc. I do that for various reasons, especially for my daily driver. Removing...
  5. Jeep Xtreme Recon

I've done both vehicles similarly spec'd out... Rubicon w/ V6 came out between $4k-$5k more than a Badlands w/ 2.7 and including Sasquatch pkg. ... and then the Bronco still has a few more stuff not available on any Rubicon(360 cameras, front sensors, available power seats, bigger touchscreen...
  6. Ford must be doing something right. Bronco Essentially Sold Out for Years

Exactly... because they all do that in some way, shape, or form. Some so-called Independent reviews turn out to be not so independent... many are doing the exact same thing as the manufacturers by hyping the latest and greatest products in order to sell magazines and/or subscriptions... or some...
  7. Favorite Hitch Cargo Carrier - Folding

Looks to be the exact same one being offered through Ford Accessories...
  8. Winch solutions

I do understand your struggle... I do struggle with the winch issue, too, but not enough to sway me to a Rubicon or any other off-road capable vehicle at this time. The last I checked, only JT's had an available front camera and the JL's just received this option in 2021. Yes, the front camera...
  9. Bronco vs. F-150 Raptor

As been already stated, two totally different vehicles. I really like my '18 Raptor and planned on a 21/22 Raptor, but I'm not going to keep it once my Bronco shows up... for me, it's about use case and adaptability. The Raptor's size poses a few issues both on- and off-road, especially in my...
  10. 37s fit on a stock BADLANDS! But can't offroad 🤦🏻‍♂️

You and many others could be right, but we will know for sure once individuals like yourself give us definitive confirmation that running 35" tires on a non-Sas Badlands has no issues(both on-road and off-road)... Other than the removal of the crash bars, I wonder why the non-Sasquatch Badlands...
  11. 37s fit on a stock BADLANDS! But can't offroad 🤦🏻‍♂️

If I recall, Ford does the rake in their vehicles for a specific reason... had a '11 Mustang GT Premium. It was raked, too. My '18 F150 Raptor is, as well. I know I'm in the minority here, but I actually like the raked look.
  12. Winch solutions

You are right... it is not a Wrangler. Other manufacturers, including Ford, have vehicles that can accommodate hiding a winch with tech features intact. It all comes down to design, tech, and engineering choices made by the manufacturer. It comes down to this... the Bronco's overall design...
  13. Just me or has the Bronco hype hit a wall?

It's because the Bronco is a totally new vehicle. The entire automotive industry is hurting in some way, shape, or form. The timing of the release(during a pandemic) turned out to be more of an issue than any of us thought...
  14. Winch solutions

It is quite a bit about apples and oranges... it's also a little bit about what came first, the chicken or the egg... RAM PW is a much bigger vehicle with available real estate to house a winch... so does a F250 Tremor. Even the present Ranger can house a winch without impeding a front camera...
  15. Winch solutions

I never implied that there was going to be a perfect solution to the installed winch-360 camera issue. The 360 camera view is not broken... it only becomes an issue for some if they would like to incorporate a winch to their rig and their rigs have the 360 front camera, ACC, and front parking...
  16. Winch solutions

Ford can have a winch integrated into their HD truck... even the Ranger has an available winch-ready bumper from Ford Performance(ARB). It has nothing to do with RAM being capable of integrating a winch on the Power Wagon or any other vehicle. The issue has to do with both design aesthetic and...
  17. Just me or has the Bronco hype hit a wall?

I'm going to take an educated guess and say that it could be that they chose to implement TRAIL CONTROL and 1 PEDAL for this type of vehicle instead of ACC w/ STOP & GO???
  18. Winch solutions

I'm not saying relocating the front camera should be ruled out, but I very much doubt this approach will work or function properly... unless someone can find another vehicle with a similar feature-set where the OEM cameras were relocated and the camera views were retained. Relocating the...
  19. Winch solutions

Probably not... relocating the camera most likely requires for the front camera to be mounted at the same height as on the grill due to how it is programmed and "stitched" together with the other camera views... placing the camera forward from original location may throw off the programmed...
  20. Another Lurker Finally Joined

LOL! What a coincidence... I did the same thing. I tried to get a D90 before I had to head out for a 6 month deployment, but ended up acquiring a 4Runner SR5. ... and to the OP, welcome aboard.
