My wife and I bought new Broncos in 1993 and 1995, we've waited 26 years to buy another one new. Ours is scheduled for build next Friday, when it gets here if I'm asked that question I'll answer the same way I do when I get asked about selling our 79 wtih 31,000 miles on it and original paint.
I received the 11/1 build week email on October 1st, checked with the Ford Chat feature and verified a current build date of November 2nd. So window sticker should be visible next week.
I bought a similarly damaged new F150 FX4 in October of 2006, it had the sunroof (max options) that was also busted. The dealer bought it from Ford on an online auction as I recall, had it transported in, fixed it, then put it on the used lot. I got it for about $5,000 off the already lowered...

Yes, definitely. Watching it go through the plant with all that history would mean a lot. Wish I had pics of my 79 in production, the other 12 or so second gens over the past 36 years, and the 89, 93 and 95 I bought new or almost new (89).
