I cut the brackets entirely off.. the front one looks beefy, but it is a welded square tube. i would say 60% of the bracket doesnt touch the frame at all.
I have it partially working, but when it doesnt see a stop sign for x number of miles, it dings at you and says IAAC has been disabled.. I was going to reset and go back to gps speed limits rather than camera feed and see if that fixes it
For giggles, i built out my 2021 bronco to see the price difference.. sticker on mine was $60,105. Optioned out the same, (picked the closest red color), it comes to $68,910.
$8,805 difference... not a terrible increase over 4 model years.
Im curious about the non-waffled window soft top... probably just a computer generated image, but....
And I will be finding the part number(s) for the updated center console as soon as they are released... my 21 and 24 broncos need it.
I lay them on a blanket on a garage shelf.. 98% of the time thats where they live unless the weatherman shows a massive chance of rain (think tropical storms) for days on end.
anything is possible, but off the top of my head, i would say it would take finding the correct harness or running independent wires up to the fuse box and (assuming) body control module, creating a new circuit in the fuse box, getting a new button array for the dash, and enabling via forscan...
I picked up a second-hand free spirit recreation 270.. While "Best" is hard to quantify, I was a bit picky. I wanted something free-standing and not needing to use support poles in anything but serious wind, and a wall kit.. I picked the awning and wall kit up for $500
We have two broncos, both badlands and sasquatch.. While neither one was our first go-to's on colors, we love them so much now that theres no way they will ever leave..
4 doors are plenty capable. I loved our 2.3, and wished it had a manual for the nostalgia..
Sasquatch is a requirement if you...
or for a little more, you can find a set of pull-out axles from a bronco with better gears AND a rear locker. I was finding sets with 4.46's for around 2500 for the pair
Stereo upgrades with 137 miles on the odometer on the wife's new badsquatch? definitely had a "why am i like this?!" moment as i started ripping the interior apart....
Beyond that,
Havoc Offroad has some TERRIBLE instructions... I put this massively overbuilt bumper on no less than 4 times...
