Did this last week with left over felt and staple gun. Used 1/2 inch birch but rethinking should have used 5/8 after seeing this thread. doesn't appear the 5/8 gets in way of washer storage connector. 1/2 had plenty of room under it.
Had the weld nut break on a few of them to tighten all the way down, held it with pliers underneath and tightened. Wasn't an issue after

no ADM, they were easy to deal with and honored MSRP. I requested no plates, tint, badging, logos, etc prior to delivery. They offer a package that includes a 'paint protection' and tint but talk with your rep prior. They added the ford pass points fairly quick as well to my account after purrchase.
Finally arrived mid week, Bob Tomes was great to deal with... adding another Bronco to the roads in North Texas. I already installed the fog lights, table and cargo security storage.
I picked mine up at Bob Tomes, great dealership in my experience. Sold at MSRP, no games. Just picked it up this week. The guys in the parts department and mod installs if needed are great, very knowledgeable and informative. Easy process with sales and management team.
