Very early '21 build here, over 21,000 miles on it now with ZERO issues. Which is another reason I went with the tried and true 2.3t instead of rolling the dice on the 2.7.

I ditched the rear suitcase muffler and welded in a Magnaflow 5"x8"x24" oval muffler tucked up at the center pipe, and it's been perfect ever since. Custom instead of the kit, but sounds great, quiet but with a low rumble on a 2.3t. Love the product, AND just bought a Magnaflow shirt from merch...

If you got a 4 door, then just lay the seats down and leave the back glass up. ✌

If you take a Sawzall to it, sure. But other that than, no you CANNOT remove the rear crossmember of the roll bars.

Did that Badlands come with those street only tires? or did you purposely swap the BFG's for street only tires? Or are those your winter tires? I'm in SoCal so I've never had to swap through seasons like many East Coasters :p

I built similar, but for Rotopax, and custom rortopax locking mount as well since I didn’t want to buy one from them for $60. I didn’t take many pics during fab and will have to take more pics of fuel can not mounted but here’s a few ✌️

randomly found this thread and although I won't be interested in this mod, I went outside and took measurements for the 4 door. Length from end to end - 151 3/4" Height - 1 1/8" Depth - approx 1/8" It looks like quite an indentation due to angles, but is surprisingly shallow. Hope that helps ✌
