I was told the reason I have been without my Bronco for 68 days now is because Ford is taking all the TSB parts and fixing the manual transmissions before they go to the assembly line. So with my tranny in pieces, I'm playing second fiddle on a backordered single part (plastic spacer ring)...
Please note for mine (still in service...)
It took ALL of the TSB parts (were already there for me on Jan 4)
+ roller bearing (arrived)
+ spacer ring (MU7Z*7C419*A ) backordered
Mine has been at Lithia since Jan 4.... they took it apart, found a broken plastic spacer ring.... and that spacer ring has been on backorder. My Bronco has been there for 65 days now :(
$98: I got the standard sized CURT from Napa (for my 2022 non-sas 4-door Badlands)
$84 Then i paired it with the CURT T-wiring harness.
Installed like a charm, all of it, no issues

Howdy, I assume the use of BROs should not be interpreted as the 2000-era slang but short for BRO-NCOS, thus the naming of your business.
You'll want wider straps, that thin line will tear/indent up your rubber seal as it will put too much pressure in that one spot.
Swap out the lower section...
Get in line and cross your fingers, my transmission has been in pieces since Jan 4 at the dealer, waiting on an extra spacer ring that was not included with the TSB. I've not enjoyed 3 rental cars these past 8 weeks :(
This is in prototype.... a quick "emergency cover".
However not to drive with, just to protect during camping and such.
Yes, you should care about flapping as it will rip the @#$@$ out of your paint.
If you want something to drive with, the issue will be that back section, you need to hold it...
Also working on this prototype...
think.... quick emergency, cannot drive with it, something you throw up when you get to camp, full water sealed, but you can still access doors.
obviously not Tyvek, but that is what i'm making template out of... then quick bungees to mirror, rear tire, bumper...
Just took a pic for you

You must use the ebay trolley as it has smaller diameter wheels which gives room for the Lag bolt
I used LAG bolts.... this is why you MUST purchase the trolley that i have in the description (page 1) , as they WILL pass the lag bolts :)

Mine first appeared when it was 67 degrees outside, and my car was inside garage.
Mine is constant, even after driving 1 hour, it is still thete.
Hot/cold doesnt matter for me.
When i took to dealer for ride-along it was 30 minute drive on mixed roads and highway.
The shop foreman jumped in the...
I've been w/o my bronco for 8 weeks now. I dropped it off for TSB on Jan 4. Dealership had all TSB parts already, as they ordered them Dec 15th for me. When they took apart my tranny they noticed extra wear on a spacer ring, thus ordered. That spacer ring is backordered. I suspect that Ford...
