I was told the reason I have been without my Bronco for 68 days now is because Ford is taking all the TSB parts and fixing the manual transmissions before they go to the assembly line. So with my tranny in pieces, I'm playing second fiddle on a backordered single part (plastic spacer ring)...

Please note for mine (still in service...) It took ALL of the TSB parts (were already there for me on Jan 4) + roller bearing (arrived) + spacer ring (MU7Z*7C419*A ) backordered

Mine has been at Lithia since Jan 4.... they took it apart, found a broken plastic spacer ring.... and that spacer ring has been on backorder. My Bronco has been there for 65 days now :(

Get in line and cross your fingers, my transmission has been in pieces since Jan 4 at the dealer, waiting on an extra spacer ring that was not included with the TSB. I've not enjoyed 3 rental cars these past 8 weeks :(

This is in prototype.... a quick "emergency cover". However not to drive with, just to protect during camping and such. Yes, you should care about flapping as it will rip the @#$@$ out of your paint. If you want something to drive with, the issue will be that back section, you need to hold it...

Also working on this prototype... think.... quick emergency, cannot drive with it, something you throw up when you get to camp, full water sealed, but you can still access doors. obviously not Tyvek, but that is what i'm making template out of... then quick bungees to mirror, rear tire, bumper...

Correct, when TSB was released on Dec 12, 2022. It only stated 21 and 22 models. they need to revise it
