For some reason I can log into my ford.com account just fine but when I go to accessories.ford.com it won't let me log in using the same login info. Do I really need to create a separate account for the accessories website? Seems pretty dumb that they wouldn't be linked.
I paid cash. I got so much money on the trade in for my Ranger that it pretty much didn't make sense to take out a loan. Plus I recently bought my wife an Explorer back in September and we financed that car, and I didn't want to have 2 car payments.
There are actually 2 options for this set and I'm not sure which one is correct, or if it even makes a difference. One says "standard" and the individual bits are labeled as TPxx, the other option says "tamperproof" and the individual bits are labeled as IPRxx. I need to remove the bolts on...
I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on these but I have a couple of questions:
What happens if I were to flip both aux switches on at the same time?
Also which switches would you recommend installing these to? My understanding of the amperage is 30A (Aux 1), 15A (Aux 2), 10A (Aux 3 - 6)...
Yes mine has keyless entry, I believe they all do. I just assumed yours was way fancier with more buttons on the fob. My wife has an explorer and the fob has no blank area like ours, its got buttons for everything.
Just curious, when did you get your truck? I took delivery of mine on December 4th and it has done this glitch a handful of times, but it has not happened in about a week now. I've noticed that the sync system seemed to get bogged down a lot during the first few weeks of owning the truck, as I...
No other electronic issues for me. And thankfully this issue hasn't happened in about a week now, so fingers crossed that maybe this issue resolved itself somehow. All these electronics freak me out which is a big reason why I went with the base model, but even the base still has a ton of...
My main concern is that I don't want to wake up one day to a dead battery because the lights have a mind of their own. Hopefully the truck would be smart enough to turn the lights off after a period of time since it should realize that the truck isn't on, no key detected.
So I've had this happen a few times now. I always keep the headlight selector in the Auto position as shown in the attached picture. But sometimes when I open the door I hear this repetitive chime and I noticed that Auto is not selected anymore on the headlight selector knob. In fact, nothing...
I found that I had to "teach" my soft top how to retract correctly. But now that I've given it that lesson a few times it has learned to fold back correctly on its own. A type of muscle memory I guess?
I'm hoping that one day someone will be asking would you rather have this 2052 EV Bronco, or the kick-ass 2021 Bronco reboot, and I can say, well the 2052 will be my DD, but my classic 2021 is the one I drool over and cruise around on the weekends.
I've heard a few people say it, but maybe they were originally from the midwest. It's pretty rare to find someone that actually grew up in this area of Florida. Most people (like myself) moved here from somewhere else.
That was an amazing thing you did. I don't think I could have kept a secret going for that long. Kudos to you for having a plan and seeing it through no matter what curveballs were thrown your way. Congratulations on the new Bronco, and I hope she has many many years of enjoyment with it!
