Unfortunately, my second one is coming from the dealer that has failed to fix the first one. I had a reservation (two actually) but did not place an order, as I was waiting for manual Squatch. As delays mounted, I got impatient and just bought an abandoned order from a dealer in Ohio (at...
Seems like maybe itās the 2.7 thatās getting people with lower trims pushed. Wildtracks are a constraint by itself and I see a lot of Big bends getting pushed. Havenāt seen as many Badlands unless they have other constraints like tow, MIC, etc.
If I had gotten mine back in anything like a reasonable time, I probably would have just kept it and been done. I am going for replacement because my dealership keeps making excuses about being short-staffed and not having parts and I just don't think they are capable of fixing it. Good luck...
I have been going through the same thing. And the answer to your question about a replacement is yes, that is an option under most lemon laws. I used a reservation I had to order a replacement. My Bronco (2.3 7-speed Badlands) has been down for four months. I have zero faith in the dealer's...
Yeah, also, the 11/8 thread is a lot shorter than any other one, so maybe it's just a light week. Hopefully the line workers aren't daydreaming about the upcoming holidays:rolleyes:
Do we have any idea if there's an expectation that people who are bumped into a later build week (11/8 for instance) will have a higher priority than folks who were there already? Or just totally arbitrary?
You don't know how right you are. I sincerely hope OP does not go through the same thing I have. My engine (2.3) had significant issues at 600 miles. It's been at the dealership for over 3 months now and they can't fix it. First, they couldn't even diagnose it, but I pestered Ford until...
Tracker is back to working for me. No window sticker or delivery estimates or anything, but I can get it to open and populate my Bronco info. I have not bugged the chat folks for a specific day, but I'm still week if 11/8.
I have a 4-door Badlands 7-speed that suffered engine failure in July. Itās been sitting at the dealership ever since. They have the replacement engine but say they are still waiting on parts. I used an early reservation I had to order a replacement. My info:
4-door soft top Badlands 2.3...
Iām in the hell no camp. It isnāt necessarily just Ford though. I donāt think I will ever buy another new car from a manufacturer that uses traditional dealer networks. After the Bronco purchase, we have a lot of relatively new cars and wonāt need to buy anything else for a while. By the...
My commitment to rock rails came after I almost put the pinch weld on a rock in the OB at Off-Rodeoš. One guy did set a Badlands down on the rock rail. No biggie, thatās what itās for, but I didnāt have any. Yeah, my Badlands is a 7-speed with 2.3. Still waiting on parts according to the...
There are things I really liked on the 2021 BD. I would definitely not want to wheel without rock rails. I know aftermarket will be plentiful, but I like the stock ones. I also think that with the locker, steel bumpers, bash plates, etc, the BD is a pretty decent deal. I happen to really...
I'm pretty sure I've been through this whole thread. Anyone have pics of AMB with the Ford retro stripes? I think that would look awesome, but I can't find any.
