  1. Anyone else change their driving habits after getting Bronco?

I haven't even read the manual yet. Lol!
  2. Anyone else change their driving habits after getting Bronco?

I'm at 379 miles on the odometer, and babying mine even more than you. I try to not exceed 2K RPM's, but have exceeded that slightly when taking off from a stoplight on a highway if traffic is heavy. I HAVE DEFINITELY NOT EXCEEDED 2.5K.
  3. Prices must be going down.

The dealership I bought my Bronco at has had a brand new OBX on the lot for a few weeks now. It's currently at $5K over sticker and just sitting there. https://www.hobsonford.com/new/Ford/2022-Ford-Bronco-for-sale-bedford-in-18b912bc0a0e0a945a0cde559b54caa9.htm
  4. TO 35 OR NOT TO 35??

Would you suggest Sport mode 100% of the time for 3.73's and 33's? I have an appointment with flip to get my speedometer calibrated on my Base, but right now my display with incorrect data says I'm averaging 17.5 MPG.
  5. I Got "HotWheeled" The Bronco Version of Jeep's "Being "Ducked"

Those damned things were brutal, weren't they? Lol!
  6. I Got "HotWheeled" The Bronco Version of Jeep's "Being "Ducked"

You've got quite the collection! I don't currently have any Hotwheels of any sort, hence the reason a Bronco one isn't super important to me. As a child in the 70's, I had cases and cases of Hotwheels. I spent hours most days playing with them in dirt patches in the yard or indoors with those...
  7. I Got "HotWheeled" The Bronco Version of Jeep's "Being "Ducked"

Thank you for the generous offer, but it's really no big deal. I have three of the large diecast ones, but just look for the Hotwheels since we're there anyway. It's kind of like a quest now -- except I wouldn't drive out of my way to look for one. Lol!
  8. I Got "HotWheeled" The Bronco Version of Jeep's "Being "Ducked"

I've looked in the two local Walmarts weekly for almost a year now and have never seen a single Hotwheels Bronco. Never. I'm not about to pay $5 each online. Lol!
  9. Just Got Bumped

Yep, that happens to a great deal of people here. Sorry to hear it, but it'll come together soon enough.
  10. This Bronco needs to be taken from the owner

Whoever created this thread needs to know the difference between "whoever" and "whomever" and "their" and "there". 😉 Just getting a little dig in on a fellow Velocity Blue Bronco owner. 😀
  11. Rear Bumper Lighting Wire Routing

You may have to use a short rod section to get over the rear axle, but you'll definitely save a lot of time by doing the majority of the frame run in one long pass.
  12. Rear Bumper Lighting Wire Routing

I thought of that device while I was doing mine today. Lol! My cousin has one that he used when he was doing radio installs in police cars. It worked great for fishing wires above headliners. We used it for a ham radio antenna install in the roof of my FX4.
  13. Rear Bumper Lighting Wire Routing

Yeah, that have been some good preparation. Sadly, I didn't plan ahead. Lol! I guess if I ever need a second wire, I'll use my current one to pull two more through. Lol!
  14. Rear Bumper Lighting Wire Routing

Just in case anyone was wondering (lol), you CAN run a wire inside the frame its entire length from the engine compartment to the rear bumper. I have auxiliary switches, but didn't want to risk damaging something when removing the right rear cargo area panel to access the pre-run auxiliary wire...
  15. 2.7L V6, is it fixed?

I hope you realize that I never "poopooed" your issue. You have a right to be upset. I was just saying that these things are made by humans, so you're going to have failures. Have you ever screwed anything up at work? Have any of your coworkers? Now imagine that you or one of your coworkers (or...
  16. 2.7L V6, is it fixed?

The MY21 blown engines were caused by defective valve spring retainers. Any blown ones after that are most likely just random ones that failed for a different reason. EVERY engine model regardless of make has failures -- none have a perfect track record. You can buy a new Ford, Chevy, Toyota...
  17. Bronco Team Engineering Confirms 7.0 Quarts for 2.7L Engine Oil Change is Correct

My Bronco was delivered on 9/16 and the oil level on the H stick was EXACTLY on the full mark. Granted, the dealership could have drained off excess, but I doubt they are that competent.
  18. Hello and I need help with engine knocking issue (2.7L) Update 1

I bought my F-150 in 2012 AFTER finding out it had a new engine installed under warranty by Ford. I knew a service manager for a major Ford dealership out of state and had him run the VIN. He said that the service history showed a new engine was installed at 49K (truck had 79K when I was looking...
