Drone should do the trick. Mavic 2 Pro would work quite nicely for an ISR mission. (That's Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance for the non-mil peeps in the room)
I get the DOD/Intel Community deals with classified and if you leak it you could end up in jail, not just lose your job. I work in that world and still there is that one guy or gal every now and then that eff's up despite the training, risks and potential punishment.

Have you looked at Cowles in Woodbridge or Purvis in Fredericksburg? Im signed up with Purvis since they're local and honoring Xplan etc. Cant vouch for Cowles.
