I hear you. I had some trial and error too.
They were from Michaelās craft store in the paracord jewelry section. It has a whistle on the buckle (not the side you need this)

Looks great! I like the old school Hellas. They donāt even work well, very yellow beam (like an old light bulb), but I have had them on my ā89 wrangler, ā91 audio Quattro coupe and even an avalanche. I aim them just below the low beams and never got a ticket.
The only options on my base are...
I always liked a basic push bar and for the price, I think the RC is a decent deal. It had 4 tabs for lights but I removed the middle two with a grinder to mount license plate using two rubber pipe hangers. All works pretty well. Lights on bar are 6ā Hella 500ās
not sure what you mean by āpre runnerā. These are apparently a configuration/part that multiple manufacturers have used. It screwed right in. It aligns to the Ford part number too. In fact, I think the Ranger uses it too. Behind your stock bumper is a 3ā hole for the lens and 4 attach points...
Not an issue at all. I actually didnāt have enough webbing so the rear side windows do not have a middle buckle and yet are fine. The rear has those big plastic things on each end which cause it to bend but little no stress.
it actually works better than I thought it would. My jeep JL softop...
SUPPLIES
1 - 1ā x 5ā x 8ā board (can be smaller)
10 - 3/4ā webbing strips about 3-4ā long with hole in each end
10 - 3/4ā female plastic buckles
10 - #10 3/4ā screws
10 - #10 fender washers
I have some hanging racks in garage and one had a 8ā 1x5 in it which gave me an idea to use the buckles...
Was just looking at that. A lot of $. I had one for my Jeep 4door that was about $75. Covered whole car with or without softop and did not have any clips to wrestle with - just an elastic at the corner like a bed sheet. Easy as hell to get on and off and covered the whole thing.
this looks very...
that is exactly what I was thinking. Where did you get the harness and I am correct that it connects to head unit and gives full frequency output? How hard was it to put in?
Sorry for delay, here are some photos on fogs...
1st - this is actually the relay for the driving lights, but also where the Fog Positive Trigger gets power from AUX Switches
2 - Fog Relay by Front Drivers headlight with where wiring harness goes down behind fender
3 - There is a rubber...
To be honest, I did not even look (or plan to look) for a harness. I have a base, so unless I wanted to swap out the headlight switch I figured it was a waste of time. Also, I have the aux switches as my only option. I wired up some driving lights to Aux 2 and was leaving aux 1 for fogs. So, I...
Same. First service they may see it at dealer and I say the tire guy must have done it.
Any idea if the rear speaker Forscan actually works to send a full signal? Some say yes, some say no. I want to tap in for some rear speakers for base and then a sub on tailgate. If it doesnāt work I have to...
Yeah, I didnāt do that. Moron. I couldnāt find the instructions to do it anywhere and I figured Iām changing 2 things and one was a menu item (double honk). Idiot.
