  1. Review & Pics: 2021 Bronco Cargo Area Security Drawer

I ended up pulling the screws out, removing all the welded nuts, and replacing them with black bolts and a nut/locking washer combo. I also put a rubberized gym mat on top to give a better surface for gear.
  2. Review & Pics: 2021 Bronco Cargo Area Security Drawer

Did anyone else have problems installing the screws for the tie-downs on top of the box? Several of mine stripped a screw before they were even tight against the box. Not sure if my mounting holes were faulty or if it was user error installing them. I'm going to try and remove the screws...
  3. Option to turn front camera on when using Park Assist?

Unless there's a software setting somewhere that Forscan can access there is no option to automatically turn the front camera on based on the parking sensors. Best option is to push the camera button while parking to manually turn the cameras on.
  4. Any rattling issues with Ford Folding Tailgate Table?

I installed mine myself and have no rattle at all. I just used the rubber stoppers that came with it and tightened everything down really well. I even took my Bronco off road this weekend and beat it up on the rocks, and the table is still solid.
  5. Took the Magic Schoolbus FE to Hidden Falls Adventure Park in TX

No need to convince me. Let me know if you want to head out sometime and I'm happy to go with you. There are also plenty of bypass areas and room to turn around if things get too sketchy.
  6. Took the Magic Schoolbus FE to Hidden Falls Adventure Park in TX

I was SUPER careful going through the trees and on a few off-camber spots not to pinstripe it. Had my son fold the passenger mirror and hold a tree branch back one time just to be safe. In a few years I won't worry about it so much, but I'll keep it show quality as long as I can.
  7. Took the Magic Schoolbus FE to Hidden Falls Adventure Park in TX

Not here, but there are usually a lot of friendly people out that can help if you're in a bad spot. It's best to go out with a group and to have good self-recovery options, but if you're really in a bind you can usually barter for some good will (I've leant out tools to people on the trail who...
  8. Took the Magic Schoolbus FE to Hidden Falls Adventure Park in TX

I ran most of the 3-diamond trails (Turkey Creek, North Pole, North Peak) and only bypassed a few of the bigger climbs/drops because I was out by myself, didn't have a spotter, & don't have a winch yet. The cameras are amazing, but can't replace a good spotter when stepping down a big ledge. If...
  9. Took the Magic Schoolbus FE to Hidden Falls Adventure Park in TX

The Magic Schoolbus was never meant to be a mall crawler. I picked it up last Wed and after about 1,500 road miles I had the chance to take it out on the trails. I took my son with me and we hit Hidden Falls Adventure Park outside Marble Falls, TX. I've been here several times in my old built...

  11. CYBER ORANGE Bronco Club

I am 100% in love with this beast.
  12. Remove / Replace HVAC Air Vents - DIY how-to video

The vent insert comes apart pretty easily as well. There are little clips at the top and bottom that snap apart (be gentle, they don't seem very sturdy). I haven't looked at just the little tic-tac part, but the insert can def be removed.

  14. Remove / Replace HVAC Air Vents - DIY how-to video

Made a short video to show how easy it is to pop the vents out. Great to know in case you want to swap for different colors or if you break one.
  15. Dealer Recommendations

100% Leif Johnson Ford in Austin. Excellent customer service, only paid MSRP, $100 deposit, and no funny business. They also hosted an exclusive Off-Rodeo event just for their Bronco customers (this was in addition to the one free entry Ford offers us). The dealership paid for entry, a guest...
  16. Grab Handle Swap

Nope! I learned this by accident. I pushed too hard on my vent trying to put a phone holder on it and popped the insert out. When I fixed it I found out you can remove the entire insert by using a screw driver (or similar tool) to pry it out. The swivel points just pop in/out of the dash. It's...

  18. Real world comparisons - Cyber Orange, Lightning Blue, & Cactus Grey (on Ford Rangers)

Went to place my order today (FE, cyber orange, black interior) and got these side-by-side photos of some color options. Per the stickers these are Cyber Orange, Lightning Blue, and Cactus Gray. Hopefully these help someone still trying to decide.
