Try disconnecting the carplay and work only with the sync4. Under phones you will be able to see all those option without the carplay.

Did you try calling without the Apple carplay screen? It looks like you haven't sync your cellphone contacts with sync 4. If the large screen do the same as the center screen. I will suggest to try synchronize your contact into sync 4 system.

Actually the "issue" is not low beam high beam. The real issue is that Bronco is not equipped with headlights that has the feature to turn to left or right to give you more visibility on curves. This is an issue for almost all vehicles that doesn't have that option. Only high luxury vehicles...
