I'm coming from a 2002 F-150. My Basesasquatch has more luxury than I'm use to have on my daily driver.
The only thing I whish to have is the keyless entry. Other than that, I'm extremely happy with my choice.
What I'm trying to say, this is going to depend of what you are use to have on your...
What a Journey!!!! I envy you somehow but I'm happy that this Bronco is bringing to you so much fun and adventure.
Mad about that quality issue that made the hiccup but I love how you resolved the issue without any stress and happy they solved the situation quickly to keep going!
This was by...
I saw the video and still not convinced as those vinyls looks like foggy.
Our Bronco has a crystal clear vinyl and it's completely shiny.
I tried with just water but when you dry it with a microfiber cloth, it will scratch it.
It's really susceptible to scratches this vinyl and the idea to...
Spoiler: you just can't.
I have treated fairly well my Bronco since I took delivery back in December. Of course, it's a soft top and I have tried everything in my power to keep the windows vinyl as new as posible.
However, It's imposible!! With every hand wash I do it just get new scratches...
My biggest concern is the vinyl windows. I would say no.
I haven't gone through a car wash because of that, I'm afraid that it will scratch them badly.
I will recomend to go to another dealer and just tell them to give the part number.
Having that you will be able to do a search on google and you will find severals dealers with good discounts.
Whenever you have it, please share it in the forum.
I would love to know that as well.
This is extremely accurate and do not forget to punch first with an small screw driver just to be sure that is a stud and not a pipe.
However, Jose or Miguel sometimes forget to space it at 16 inches, so it could be 15-20 inches.
Well, that price is the offset of the soft top. It's like the engine 2.7lts. It's not like you will be buying a. 2.7 from service department for $1.8k.
I guess we still need to wait what price Ford will be offering for the MIC as an accesory.
I would say this is a reasonable price for the Hard Top and definitely I'll be one of thousands that would be buying it!
I have only one remaining question. is the price going to be the same no matter the finish? the only difference would be the modularity? @ADV Fiberglass
IMO it's annoying specially in summer time because when the engine shut off the compressor will do the same and the AC will start to blow ambient temperature humid air into the cabin.
On winter time, I just let it go.
P.S. I live in Houston, Tx.
That would be true if dealer doesn't need to pay for that inventory while sitting on their lot.
Under your concept, Ford is not even the owner of that car, if so, you wil be the second owner.
Ford sell at invoice those vehicles to dealers and they start paying those to Ford as soon it leaves...
Nice job! Do you like it?
by away, soft windows are not sensitive to scratches. It will scratch only while you watch it. If you think too much about them, it will scratch itself the son of b.... window.
I already gave up to keeping it zero scratches. Only few highly careful wash and it's full...
I found out that's only happen below 60ºF outside, if you are above that temperature it won't turn off. Same thing happens with my wife's 2020 Escape. The only difference is that Bronco will crank up the blower speed.
It's really annoying, specially when you are following a diesel truck.
