To be clear, I wanted all responses to be from Bronco owners, hence the posting being in Bronco6g.
Also I'm looking for the best engine. I don't give a rats butt whether it's 2.3 or 2.7. Not sure why you hopped on the displacement train.
Thanks everyone else for the great feedback! Seems like...
Has anyone who has gotten the 2.3 been dissappointed? I'd be super interested in hearing from those that have driven both.
I drive a 3.6 eTorque Wrangler and I've heard it's a dog compared to both. It has a 3.45 gear ratio with 33s so that may have something to do with it.
I was Bronco 2.7...
No PCM flash or FORScan required to make them work? I had to get a PCM flash or use a Tazer in my JLU when switching to OEM LEDs from Halogen, but I guess the base lights are still LED in the Bronco.
It's caused by the same mentality as what causes some people on this post to diss Washington State. People think what they have or the way they think is superior, they don't respect others, and generalize people based on illogical dysjunctive syllogisms.
My thoughts exactly, but I specifically am waiting for the electric at this point.
I'd bank on it being part of, or shortly after, the 2024 refresh based on the next gen Ranger timeline.
Been in this for two years while waiting. It's been a lot of fun, but the Bronco is a much better daily driver from my limited experience with the Bronco.
I've lost far more in investments than I'll pay extra at the pump before this all settles down, and there are far worse things going on in this world than the extra $80 - $100 a month that I have to pay for gas.
Just remember, this stuff is cyclical. Now is not forever. Those stocks will come...
That's awesome. I'm stuck in my Wrangler until at least '23 since I'm building a house that'll close in October or so.
Hoping in '23 Antimatter Blue comes back. Planning on some Black Ranger Raptor wheels, 33 KO2s, and 1 inch leveling.
