Just made the change. Pretty cool to be able to do that. Had my wife's car in for an oil change today. My dealer has a 2025 F-150 Lariat on the lot that really caught my eye. Not being an "off-roader" is it possible I'm getting bored with my BD Sasquatch? I was shocked to see that a 2025...
Yes, I read that before I posted. I was hoping someone on the forum had the OEM halogens and could look and say definitely yes those are or no they are not the take offs.
My luck has run out with my aftermarker LED tail light bulb project. I've already replaced two load resistors and now my passenger side tail light bulb has failed. This is all since March 2025. I could get them replaced under warranty I suppose but I'm done. It is a giant PITA tearing apart...
I'm not sure one company is any better or worse than another. It's all about profits. I bought some LED signal lights from one of the "better known" accessory suppliers for a Jeep that I had. One failed about two days out of warranty and they basically said "huh, that's a shame." Only...
I should add, even with the Aeroskin I've had a couple stones from other vehicles strike the painted surface between the top of the windshield and my black top. Ticked me off but it is what it is and I can't keep her a virgin forever. Probably spared the windshield though.
Bugs don't bother me as much as stone chips. If the leading edge of the hood gets chipped, my choices are a trip to the body shop ($$$) or a DIY half-assed touch up job. If the hood protector gets damaged, I replace it. Best thing I've found for bugs is from my Harley riding days - A spray...
Before this Bronco, I had a "Baby Bronco". I took the Big Bend refrigerator magnets off that too. I also stuck them to a sheet of wax paper and handed them to the dealer when I traded it. I suspect they went in the garbage after I walked out. They aren't what I would consider a "quality...
How long have they been on? I relocated mine soon after taking delivery. Warm day, a little additional heat (may not even be necessary) but if you're careful, peel them slowly, they actually can be re-used.
Finished my third coat of Maxl One before the weather turns cold and/or the snow flies here in upstate NY. We have snow about 20 miles to the north already. Quick tire treatment tomorrow and she should be good for the winter.
I had a 2018 F-150 Raptor that did the same thing. A/S/S rarely worked in the colder months and I guess it was because the battery was just below what the system wanted to see. Not a fan of A/S/S anyway so I never bothered to take it to the dealership. My 2023 Bronco BD works fine. I've been...
Ive never owned a vehicle that didn't have mud flapps all around and a stone guard for the leading edge of the hood. I've come to rely on Weathertech. Always a perfect fit and no holes. The last three vehicles I purchased, I didn't even have to put them on. Ordered them and the dealership...
I have a 2023 BD. I relocated mine to the fuel door and find that I use it even less now than I did before. I look at it as more of a backup/emergency resource. I would have much rather had it integrated into the B Pillar like my Raptor and my Explorer.
I've noticed that the "touch handles" won't work if the respective door isn't shut tight. I have to unlock all doors some other way, then shut the door tight, then touch handles work again. Just another "quirk" I live with until i get rid of it.
