That's the address I was given last week, except they said Canton, MI. Gave me a small sense of hope thinking it was moved, but then I looked on Google maps and found Canton is across the street from MAP! This just sucks!!

I was told by customer service if you pass your delivery window they can escalate to a logistics ticket for someone to check into your order. Not sure that actually does anything, but my delivery window always updates before I reach that point.

Welcome to waiting. I have a shipped email from 9/30, my blend was 9/21. Nobody can tell me when it will actually leave MAP, quite a few from my week, before and after still sitting. Nothing Ford does makes much sense.

As much as this all sucks I agree completely that others in the same situation makes it a little less horrible. If I was the only one in our build week, or previous I would assume mine is just lost somewhere!
