Yeah, I tried the U.P. phone tracker too, my rail car was last empty on 9/28 in OR with U.P.

CSX phone tracker says delivered to IHB Chicago on 11/23 then IN as of now. Still haven't gotten the "offered to foreign carrier" status yet. Again frustrating that others get great movement and I sit.

Anyone know what this means? Maybe not in the system yet, looks like 2021 dates?

What is this BRC website you find scheduled departure on? I have been stuck in Chicago since the 23rd waiting to head to MN on U.P.

My rail car finally updated this morning. Arrived at Gibson IN at 2:05a.m. last update said delivered to IHB Chicago 11/24 at 7 P.M. most likely the same yard for the 3 days. Hopefully it will continue the move north to MN now!

Does BNSF have a phone tracker like CSX? I am fairly certain I am coming up to MN on Union Pacific but when I check the tracker for Union Pacific it says car unloaded 9/28 in Oregon. So either the switching yard hasn't moved it to U.P. yet or it is on BNSF? Both seem to come this direction based...

I was actually shipped after emailing 4 people from corporate and talking to a lady from the corporate office. I showed shipped on 9/30 but didn't actually get a rail car and leave MAP until 11/17. Lots of frustration until that point. Not sure if my emails helped, but something worked.

This morning the CSX tracker says I was delivered to IHR in Chicago. Google search says that is a large switching yard so I will see how many days it takes to get headed Borth from there. I know @JeebusCripes has been there 5 or 6 days. Both coming to same dealer.

Yes. My dealer said they just got the system and even the manager said he was just trained with it. If they are easily able and willing to share updates with customers it would save them a lot of calls and emails!

I was under the impression it stays on the same train car until offloading for truck to dealer. Seems strange that CSX tells you it is now in Indiana unless they still have it. Did it say "offered to foreign carrier" in Chicago? That is what mine did and I am awaiting Union Pacific to pick it...

Just like it is strange that I told my dealer where my rail car was in OH when he still said it was at MAP but I had a rail car number. So frustrating that we know more than the Ford employees and dealers at this point.

This morning my rail car info said left for Chicago at 5:14AM with arrival time of 7PM. I just called to check and now it just says no status available. Anyone else have this happen? Every time I have called to check it always has the last status as the message, not no status available. Really...
