I switched to Amsoil for turbos and the rattle went away for a short period of time. The rattle came back. when it got to the point she’d rattle after 4 hours of sitting, I put her in for warranty cam phaser replacement. I pick it up tomorrow

My understanding is this is a common Ecoboost issue (for several years) where the cam phasers don’t immediately “lock” into proper position during cold starts. You will know you have this problem if you have a diesel type of rattle during cold starts(see video in my original post-turn up volume)...
