  1. How long did it take to receive retail price protection?

My dealer, Mullinax, had me sign a paper that they would send me the price protection check when/if they receive it from Ford. They said takes up to 60 days.
  2. Had anyone bought and installed the xDLeand hitch?

You can't do that with the OP's hitch in question. Like the Ford, the threaded nuts are welded on to the back side so you have to remove the bumper to insert the bolts. The Curt (and Rough Country) hitches do not have welded nuts so you can inset the bolts fromt he backside and not have to...
  3. Had anyone bought and installed the xDLeand hitch?

I installed this one from Curt. https://www.curtmfg.com/part/13493 I bought it from NAPA auto parts, but Amazon and lots of other places carry it. I think I ended up paying around $90 for it...
  4. Had anyone bought and installed the xDLeand hitch?

I looked at those since they copy the FORD OEM design, but they require you to remove the rear bumper to install. I went with a Curt hitch that doesn't require removing the bumper, took literally 5 minutes to install. I also like the idea of using a name brand hitch just to be certain its been...
  5. Wait time?

I don't understand Ford's scheduling system. Ordered a Bronco, base 4 door, the last day of the 2022 order banks (Mar. 7th 2022) figuring it would not get built until 2023. Ordered a Maverick XLT Ecoboost Jan 5th 2022 figuring I would have it by Jun. 2022. Well the Bronco got scheduled in...
  6. 06/06/22 Build Week Group

Correct, my railcar number never changed all the way to Miami
  7. 06/06/22 Build Week Group

Yes, I was able to track it using the NS phone system all the way to Miami. For me, my Bronco spent 2-3 days in Atlanta and maybe 2 days in Jax. Once it got to the final depot in Miami, I found a way to track it to the dealer -...
  8. 06/06/22 Build Week Group

It was about 1 week from MAP to Miami, then 3-4 days to get trucked to West Palm Beach.
  9. What did you do TO / WITH your Bronco today? 👨🏻‍🔧🧰🚿🛠

First ride in the Bronco with the top down.
  10. March 2022 orders

I ordered a 2 door manual, which is what I really want from one dealer on 3/5 and a backup 4 door auto from another dealer on 3/7. My 4 door got scheduled on 6/6. Haven't heard anything on the 2 door so I took the 4 door, picked it up this past weekend.
  11. 06/06/22 Build Week Group

Picked mine up yesterday. It only took a couple days to get from the railyard to the dealer. Good thing I was tracking it all the way though as I got no response from my salesman. Contacted the dealer and found out my salesman is on vacation for a week. I am curious if someone from the...
  12. Soft Top Side Window Fitment

I just picked up my Bronco this weekend and it looked exactly the same as yours. On the drivers side though I started at the top edge and pushed it firmly in and forward towards the front which made the seal engage further in. Worked my way down to the bottom. The very bottom corner still...
  13. 06/06/22 Build Week Group

I've been tracking mine on NS for the last week from MAP to S FL. It arrived at the Miami rail yard yesterday. Will see how long it takes to get from the rail yard to my dealer 60 miles away...
  14. 06/06/22 Build Week Group

Got my railcar number from Ford chat a couple days ago and started using the Norfolk Southern phone system to track my Bronco on its way to S. FL. Pretty cool!

The widebody was a great choice as well. But now you need a Bronco Raptor to go with the Hellcat.
  16. 06/06/22 Build Week Group

I am in a similar situation, except my coupe is a 2023 C8 ordered about 10 months ago. Bronco should be here in a 3-4 weeks if I can believe Ford Chat and emails.
  17. 06/06/22 Build Week Group

Finally got my :Built" email. The excerpt below seems a bit unnerving as my ETA also went from 7/5-7/11 to 7/26-8/1. It takes three weeks to "inspect" it? Can I now hold Ford to their statement that my new Bronco will be a "vehicle that you can depend on"? "Great news! Your 2022 Bronco Base...
  18. 06/06/22 Build Week Group

ETA was 7/5 to 7/11. Just talked to Chat, now "The vehicle has been built and we are arranging shipment to the selling Dealer. It's anticipated to begin transit between Jul-26-Aug-01-2022"

Finally, ordertrack app says awaiting shipment. Refreshed Ford tracker and said built 7/1/22! Refreshed the Ford tracker an hour later and its back to only saying "in production" - crazy how bad Ford's system is. At least the ordertrack app still says awaiting shipment.
