quick question as I was just looking over the setup, The lens on the ss3 looks like the flood one rather than the combo, the box definitly says combo. But the combo picture I’ve seen on like the top vs bottom of the lens looks quite difference. Can you help confirm this looks...
Got it! Well easy enough to pull them off to do that. At some point I wanna find a better route for the harness between the lights. Right now I just have it ran above the bash plate just to get it all ran and tested.
@4x4TruckLEDs.com Received my order yesterday. Everything was well packaged. Great wiring harness.
instructions were very nice. Really loved the included sheets for the switch wiring and amperage cheat sheet. Was nice not having to look to look it up.
Still need to fine tune the aiming. Really...
22 base Sasquatch manual.
39000 miles
No issues other than having had to replace the battery already. Runs great in the cold (0w30 amsoil)
No weird noises from the engine/transmission etc.
Been very happy with mine.
If it’s a slant back style I don’t think so. If it’s similar in shape to the oem top theoretically it should. It just needs room between the roll bar and the back edge of the top to fit the small platform in between, has a spot to hook in the strap hooks to the back to keep it from potentially...
Ended up ordering a set of the ssc2 max fogs and ss3 pro combos.
I’ll try to do a video of the ssc2s once I get them installed since there are pretty much no videos of these and then post a review when I’m done.
almost wish I had gotten a set of the fog lenses for the ss3 for comparison but...
@4x4TruckLEDs.com I think I decided on doing the s3pro in a combo and the s2pro in the yellow fog to start with. If the s2 in the pro doesn’t wind up being bright enough I have something else I can use that for and just upgrade to a max later.
as far as using a different lens on them the only...
Yeah I didn’t notice the option for bigger wheels. But the ones that came with it are NOT junk. Very nice smooth rolling the locker on it is fantastic. They struggled a bit going over a large 1” lip between my drive way and my garage but it just needed a little assistance not a big deal. The...
I do prefer the yellow fog given the snow sleet crap we get here. Will the fogs still give me a long enough throw for deer in the boondocks. I guess I can just get the other lenses to play with given how cheap they are
@4x4TruckLEDs.com Yeah I was looking at your combo kit for the modular bumper to go with 2 ssc2 pros in there…
down the road is it easy enough to add in an ssc3 in the wiring you guys setup for those? I assume there’s a separate wire for each light to hook up to the aux switches with the setup...
They have been out for a bit now. I really prefer the compact look of those and the stock non signature headlights are really not awesome and the high beams frankly are insufficient.
Been wanting a set of the new ssc2 but haven’t found any great review videos showing them off. Looking at...
Cant speak to that unfortunately as i dont have that… from pictures i have seen of the shelf im not sure how you would get it in there to use without taking that out.. but maybe someone with more experience can chime in.
All the way lowered is about 63” give or take. You would need to add the thickness of the top to that number. Unfortunately I have mine packed right now and it got back down to freezing temps this week.
I have a decent lip between my garage and my driveway it had to roll over… I just lifted it up slightly and pushed it over the lip. No struggle with that. If you are talking about just some slightly uneven cracks I can’t imagine it would have any trouble. The casters are quite solid…thy just...
I could get a measurement of the top of the lift in the next couple days for you.
as for outside in the wind. The lift itself is no way gonna tip less we are talking hurricane winds. I don’t know that I would want the top outside though. While it might not tip I can’t imagine strong winds...
Good looking table. If I didn’t have a 50 dollar gift card to broaddicts which I’m gonna use to get a table from them I’d certainly consider this one
I think the look comes down to personal preference. The rockbloxs have really grown on me as far as looks go. They substantially cut down on the rocks getting chucked at my doors from the stock Sasquatch tires. Not to mention much friendlier to drivers behind you on the road.
