Yep, it's a fun vehicle. I can't add any new complaints, but I can echo that I can do without the prattling drop-down windows, the everybody-look-at-me-double-honk and the promt I have to answer every time I start the car... "Return to Sport Mode?"
I wonder if a fob can be "bad" and not go into sleep mode? I've had the Bronco 7 months... I used one key fob while the other sat behind it on the same hook for 6 months. I just tried to use it yesterday for the first time and it was dead, had to change the battery.
I don't live in a bad neighborhood (well, anymore) so my Bronco is typically out of theft's way. But on occasion I have to park it overnight at a local Park and Ride. The shiny new tire on the back looks great, but it could be overly attractive late at night. I looked here for "spare tire lock"...
I had that same Bronco II... it had some weird hesitation/stall that would randomly kick in when I would be accelerating to merge onto a highway. Never was able to fix the issue.
They were cut from a magnetic sheet... and only AFTER I made them I discovered the Bronco is not magnetic!:D
So I took a picture and had to take them off... can't drive it like I wanted to LOL
The paperwork that I signed said 3 miles, but when I started it up to take it home it said 60! Someone took it for a spin before me! Snapped a photo just-in-case... you never know what these salesmen might be up to.
