  1. Freep: Delay due to Bronco removable top supplier issue

I mean, the positive to this is the part that is unavailable is probably one of the last pieces in assembly. Ford can just ramp up production now while storing them in a climate controlled environment. Tops come in, throw them on and shipem out! I know this probably is too much variability for...
  2. Base Bronco 2-Door Iconic Silver spotted in Wixom, MI

Yes, need more info on the seats. Even the length of the seat bottom. But feedback on the 6 way manual seat would be great as Ford has nothing comparable currently. The F150 seats are super comfy and very soft, I hope its like that vs the Ranger's seats which were very uncomfortable.
  3. Base Bronco 2-Door Iconic Silver spotted in Wixom, MI

Is that really the standard steering wheel? It almost looks leather wrapped.
  4. New incentives.

I got this keychain from my Bronco specialist, pretty nifty! I'm ok with waiting now (always was).
  5. Ford can we get some new colors added

This. Not only does this color already exist and on a Ford production vehicle, but its offered on a Bronco Sport. I do not understand.
  6. For what it’s worth...

At least you got something. Thats good! I am thinking Ford delegated the communication piece to dealers, which is why we have heard nothing from Ford, and dealers, being dealers, are taking their sweet time with getting the message out.
  7. My Real World Feedback Comparing Interior Size of Wrangler vs Bronco (Based on Similar Ranger Cabin)

It looks like the Bronco is slightly bigger on the interior than the Ranger, which I was not impressed with on the test drive yesterday. HOWEVER, I had just driven an F150 and I felt i could drive to Cali and back in it, the seats were just so comfortable for me at 6'1". I hope the few inches we...
  8. Confirmed....Sig Lights & LED Taillights

Thats great news! Any decent "real life" photos of them?
  9. Bronco Sport already discounted

Its a better escape than the actual escape, which is a lifted "focus" hatchback. Overall though its a better looking car than its rivals, IMO. Like a mini Land Rover Discovery.
  10. Breaking news: January ordering, Summer delivery, Black First Edition interior, no manual Sasquatch & more

Well its certainly in Fords best interest to really fill their B&P with accessories as that could have been balancing their books with expected profits.
  11. Towing w/a Manual 2 Door

Yes, i wish Ford gave us something more than a hitch and connection point for brake lights. Hopefully its more of a simple plug and play if they set us up right. Never thought about that but yes, I could see us setting up on a non-hook up site routinely. Great info and gives me more to think...
  12. Towing w/a Manual 2 Door

I’ve never towed a trailer, let alone with a manual, so I may have to do that. The automatic and 2.7 is such a good value I would totally jump into but an auto Bronco just doesn’t have the same appeal to me but since it’s main purpose is going to be towing I’m seriously considering. Yes, we...
  13. Towing w/a Manual 2 Door

Indeed. Highway speeds i expect would be the easy part, more concerned with slower speeds through hills and starting with a decline from a stop. But i guess crawler gear would help. Im wondering if that crawler gear is something you can go right into first from? Or more like crawler -> neutral...
  14. Towing w/a Manual 2 Door

Anyone experience towing with a manual? I imagine the crawler gear would help but I am having concerns with maneuvering/reversing a 1,700lb trailer (13ft Scamp) into camp sites or storage. I would prefer the manual but since this would be a primary duty for the Bronco, I am wondering if i should...
  15. Test Drove 2.3L Ranger & 2.7L in F150 and was disappointed... Options to improve off the line?

Just came back from test driving both a 2.7 F150 and 2.3 Ranger. Had a cold start for both and boy was that 2.3 noisy. Although the 2.3 felt adequate in total power output once the turbos spooled up, the 2.7 felt more smooth in its power delivery, so much so that I may be considering giving up...
  16. The biggest design oversight...

No sir. Not a good idea. Nope
  17. If your Bronco arrives and you don't like it

I don’t think that’ll happen but anything’s possible. Would be really sucky cause I don’t want a Jeep and there’s really nothing else as far as 2 door manual suvs go. That said, an old GX or 4Runner would be plan B
  18. No more dealer switches?

Thanks. I do have some confusion still because of what @StephensAutoCenter said in this thread https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/the-plan-offer-stephens-auto-centers-mid-atlantic-bronco-connection.4332/page-58#post-348391 Stephen’s makes me think this process is totally unique to the...
  19. Preproduction Broncos are at Sanderson Ford Glendale, Arizona -- today & tomorrow [Photos Added]

Anyone see a traction + stability off button? Hoping that’s a quick and easy process
  20. Mike Fitzpatrick Ford Newnan, Georgia

I'm being told Cactus Gray is late availability from the dealer. Then a few local dealers I have called, trying to negotiate the price in vain, told me i would lose my place in line with my reservation if I switched. Unless i am very mistaken, I am getting so much incorrect information from...
