CR is a crap publication. They hate all domestics (they’ll shit on Ford too) and they aren’t worth the paper they’re printed on.
My FIL won’t buy a product that’s not highly rated on CR, all his stuff if broken/crumbling all the time.
They love Subaru for crying out loud. I drove Subaru...
My backup ended up being what I got.
Jeep JL Unlimited Rubicon, with the Extreme Recon Package. I was all Bronco until they started being delivered and I saw one in person. Nice vehicle, but the 4 door didn’t look quite right to me personally; and I want/prefer that layout. The interior left...
y’all should be getting your broncos at MSRP. Ford/dealer giving one up at MSRP is a joke of a consolation prize. OP should be getting a fat discount for lost time.
Instead, they’re saying “We’re sorry we wrecked your one of a kind “First Edition” that we can’t exactly replace for you. As...
I like Hyatt Place, just a little north of everything downtown, but close enough to not be an issue, and way nicer rooms than many of the hotels in that price range. I stay there 4-5 weekends each summer for Biking.
He’s saying he thinks the Jeep is better at actually honoring its heritage. The bronco has a retro looking body style but is a huge departure from the later 60’s Bronco’s in every other way.
I happen to agree with him.
I’ve seen 10-12 here in Utah, the dealer just down the road has 3 on the lot right now, and a Honda dealer in Salt Lake I went to a week ago had 2 used ones (one still there as of yesterday, black diamond, 2.7L, orange/yellow color; 755miles and about $67k if anyone is interested…I can share the...
Lol, ok man. Why don’t you just ignore me then? Isn’t that what you’re supposed to do with trolls?
I haven’t picked a fight with anyone, I don’t post anything inflammatory. But if you are going to take these types of questions about Bronco so personally, then maybe just put me on ignore.
Troll? It was a legitimate question.
I can’t help if it hurts your feelings to ask it, but it wasn’t intended as a troll at all. That Bronco in his photo looked to be coming up a fairly punishing trail. All vehicles can break when pushed beyond their limits, talking about where those limits...
I mean I can see a manufacturer claiming hard driving above and beyond normal intended use as a rationale for denying warranty. But the driving in the OP doesn’t seem to fit that bill.
So many people here who seem to struggle accepting an expression of goodwill. I prefer to see the bright side, and when I get ducked, I just chuckle and post the photos like I’m asked to. Even if I don’t “duck” anyone else.
The way I see it, it means I have a nice rig, and people want to...
Sometimes paint chips off parts that stick out. They’ll warranty any manufacturing defect though. Mine are perfect.
Dana Axles? Not unique to jeep, doesn’t Bronco use them too? I’ve not heard of any widespread issues though.
Wandering steering, sure, it’s a SFA. I didn’t buy this rig...
