If your order is showing on your Ford.com profile, then your dealer has sent it to Ford...
Ford.com has no way to know you ordered something unless the dealership submits it to them.
The image I posted is 100% of the preview I have. I do not see a bottom panel with additional information.
If I were you I would *not* create a duplicate Ford.com profile.... have the dealership/Ford fix what they need to in order to link it to your existing account.
What?
My understanding is that the order is still input into the Ford system the same, irrespective of how the customer came into the process.
Either you walk into the dealership, and the dealership inputs the order into the order system like they normally would...
...or you reserve on line...
Is the only indication that the incorrect order was placed the computer generated image on a generic form email auto-generated by a Ford server somewhere?
...do you have a WBDO order summary from your dealer that itemizes *exactly* what they submitted for you? .... along with the price you...
That 4 item alpha-numeric number is the "Order Code" that is unique to your dealership... that is how they will look up your order. (you can also supply that, along with other information, for Ford CS to look up your order) That number is autogenerated in the ordering system, but can be modified...
If you have a WBDO / DORA with your agreed build, and someone modified it without your consent, get Ford Corp involved (specifically, publicly tweet at what’s-his-face).
I’ve seen Big Daddy Ford work quick to correct such blatant and outrageous problems.

Here is a profile shot of the trim ring vs the beadlock.
You'll notice that if you use the beadlock as just a trim, and mount the tire the standard way, you'd have a large gap:
There also seems to be enough dealers out there that believe that if they leave these rollover orders as 99, Ford will magically change the priority when the time comes.
This is not how the process works, and people here have already had to educate their dealers to change their priority code...
I would interpret this to mean:
Your dealer doesn't know how, or doesn't have to time to, check which of their orders are previewing/have a VIN... so they have no idea that you have a VIN assigned, and just reached out because they are reaching out to everyone.
