Nope, but the Bronco 7mt absolutely rips. You'd have a blast guaranteed.
Hey, just do it. What would Dave Ramsey say? "Buy that Bronco. You can't drive a Roth IRA".
Car and Driver, Motortrend, one of those peoples, replaced a clutch in their long term test Bronco at 40k miles. How it was treated, who knows. The Broncbuster replaced his clutch in his Badlands some years back, but we've all seen his shenanigans. Haven't heard of many other clutch replacements...
I find the 7mt is super smooth, though going into 5th is a bit notchy at times. Not sure if rpm is too high or what. Not a bother either way.
Moving from a stop takes a little time for me. It is a fat pig, so perhaps it's normal characteristic.
Hate? I don't really hate anything. The double honk is annoying, but rarely do I get out while leaving it running. A couple chirps would suffice, instead of a couple commercial truck blares.
I love everything else about it.
The Ford top offers the most utility IMO. Easy operation, plus the back lifts up for better access to cargo. Some don't like the wavy windows(Bronco wave). I don't believe the bestop folds down all the way in the back compared to OEM, and I don't think it lifts up in the back either. I guess...
Not the AZ sun, haha. It gets super tight in the back. Those rear window latches are tough sob's after it's baked in the sun all day. That's the only struggle on mine. Everything else is easy peasy.
Interesting how we have a low pressure warning when it's overfilled.
What kind of oil filter is installed? Factory Fomoco? Or some cheap triple tested paper mache filter?
I change mine every few months or so. If I followed the minder I'd be changing oil once a year. No thanks, especially how hot it gets down here. 5k is a good interval for modern vehicles. Fresh oil is never a bad thing.
