  1. Homemade Diff Drop for 6G Bronco

That is awesome. Are the other components for dropping the back of the differential? I would definitely like a quality diff drop kit.
  2. BRONCO SEVERE DUTY STEERING UPGRADE KIT now available from Ford Performance Parts!

Weird that those trims are excluded. So, what's the difference between the FP steering rack, and a 2024 Badlands steering rack? I think the 24 BL rack is close, if not the same price, plus or minus a core charge if they accept a 2.0 rack in exchange.
  3. Considering buying new 2024 Bronco, thoughts on quality issues and problems?

Go drive one. Road test it first. See how you like it. First, and foremost, it's not a cookie cutter crossover that caters to passengers. Not a luxury SUV. Doesnt have 28 cup holders like a Subaru. I'm not turning you away from it, but some think because they have a high price tag, they should...
  4. Official Ford WARTHOG Package

I agree. Whether you think of Pumba or the A10, Warthog would have been an awesome name.
  5. Stock Badlands with 315's fitment and flex

It's possible the tire will contact the flare. Go try it!
  6. My Badlands capable daily driver (Heretic) build

I had a mad itch for some amber lights. Lo and behold, fogs. I used the Greenlane Offroad bumper brackets, and the pods are Black Oak LED amber pods. The brackets are nice, powder coated aluminum, fit and finish is great. The pods appear to use Rigid style housings with osram amber LED's. Wired...
  7. Pod light brackets/mounting hardware

I ordered that rigid bracket kit and just finished re-installing the lights. They did the trick. Brackets fit fine in the pods, and the lights are pulled up, like normal. Thanks again for the tip! Edit: added photo
  8. I take apart a broken 2.0 steering rack and discover a broken Broncbuster bushing

I edited my first reply, stating the "severe duty" rack, since that is what Ford called it at one point. That might be the way to go, instead of throwing the 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 etc around.
  9. I take apart a broken 2.0 steering rack and discover a broken Broncbuster bushing

No sweat. It will get more confusing moving forward, now that the 24 Badlands and Sasquatch get the HOSS 3.0 rack, which was reserved only for the Wildtrak with Fox option, and the Braptor. EDIT: Severe Duty steering rack. HOSS 3.0 refers to the suspension setup.
  10. I take apart a broken 2.0 steering rack and discover a broken Broncbuster bushing

The steering racks used for the HOSS 1.0 and 2.0 are the same, it's only the suspension that is changed. After following BB adventures early on, and his random loss of steering while on the trails, the bushing appears to be good insurance, much like Popo's video.
  11. I take apart a broken 2.0 steering rack and discover a broken Broncbuster bushing

Very cool, props for tearing it apart, and showing us. I love dissecting parts at work after replacement. Stay curious!
  12. Pod light brackets/mounting hardware

    Ill make them compatible.
  13. Pod light brackets/mounting hardware

the Greenlane bracket has various slits to adjust light position, but I don't follow you on the top vs side. when the light is above the bracket the "black oak" logo is on top, readable. Right now, the lights are installed upside down. Only way I could secure them to the bumper bracket.
  14. Pod light brackets/mounting hardware

Brilliant! I'll give those a shot. Thanks!
  15. Pod light brackets/mounting hardware

I like how close the lights fasten to the brackets. What's the difference between my pod brackets, and BD hardware, or DD hardware.
  16. Pod light brackets/mounting hardware

Hey gents, I got my fogs wired up and installed the other day. Used Greenlane Offroad mod bumper fog brackets, and a pair of Black Oak LED amber pods. I'm not happy about the fitment, and I'm not sure what I need to do to make the lights sit better in the bumper pockets. They definitely hang...
  17. Badlands Sasquatch has terrible MPG

I averaged 20mpg when I drove from AZ to UT. City driving I get 17-18 with my Badlands 7mt. The BL is the heaviest of the bunch, right? All the extra armor and skids makes mpg suffer.
  18. VELOCITY BLUE Bronco Club

    Sun came out yesterday afternoon.
  19. My DIY welding fix for rear cracked control arm brackets on 2021 Bronco

The 22 and later models' brackets are boxed, no one has reported cracking on those yet that Ive read.
  20. 2" Lift Kit for 2021 4dr badlands non sasquatch 2.3l at

Cool deal. I'm eyeballing the 74weld stage 1 kit. I already have the BB bushing installed, but some extra reinforcement would be re-assuring.
