It's an auto-reply, you should have gotten an email back immediately. Make sure you have no inbox rules that automatically deletes auto-replies/out of office emails. Worse case is you can just re-send the email to them.
That's rather odd that Ford doesn't offer the Bronco in that market. I lived there for almost ten years, and basically anyone that didn't live in the city had some sort of off-roader, whether it's a Subaru or some sort of Toyota LandCruiser/Hilux variant.
