Finished installing the lights this morning, still have to aim them tonight. I can already tell in daylight that they're going to be much brighter than any other aftermarket lights I've ever owned.
As others have said, shipping was insanely fast, they arrived in two days, packaging was top...
I was running a Solid brand D60 front with 35 spline chromoly shafts and a shaved 14-bolt in the back....I still had no luck with front digs, I was so bad at it that I received a trophy :ROFLMAO:.
I once grenaded a Dynatrac D60 so bad that I could never get the backlash on the new gears set up...
I haven't had time to try the cutter brakes, but it's got to be a lot better than how most of my frontend digs ended up being.....those moves always seemed to cost me :)
I too am impressed with a lot of the features, it's almost like cheating or playing a video game. If my Tundra was equipped with some of the features that the Bronco has, I would've never needed a spotter.
And the crawl control in pretty crazy, especially with the one pedal control engaged...
I know, I still go back to remember things I did and all the pictures are gone...sucks.
The new Bronco is "hers"....although I couldn't resist and started picking at it this week  .
So far I've only added Buckin' Barz tie rod braces, RCI sliders, Engel fridge mount and Diode Dynamics...
I say set realistic expectations.
We went in with this new Bronco knowing full well that it wasn't going to be anywhere even close the rock crawler that my old Tundra was, but I also had about twice the money into the Tundra as we do the Bronco. My Tundra was 10x better of a rock crawler than...
Yeah, I'm wondering the same thing, doesn't look like the current harness is expandable.
It would be nice if the rear lights were just plug and play into the existing iag harness.
OK.....you convinced me, just placed the order for:
Diode Dynamics Triple Fog Light Kit w/KR Off-Road Bezel/Flush Brackets for 2021+ Ford Bronco (HD Modular Bumper)
SS3 Max, White SAE Fog
SSC2 Pro, White Combo
SSC2 Pro, White Spot
Thanks!
Between you guys and RCI it's been a painful week
I really wish you all would offer a flush mounting bracket that only houses a single SS3 light for the HD Modular bumpers. I'd throw a SS3 Max White Combo in there and call it a day, really don't have a need for multiple lights personally. I looked at the 6" bars, but I'd prefer the flush look...
Here's a picture of the 20 degree CBI sliders on my Tacoma for a little more perspective.
I think not only is 20 degrees a little steep if you're going to use them as steps and sliders, I also think you'd be losing a lot of surface area to step on with them being that much closer to the body...
I can step easily stand on the outer hoop on my Tacoma to access the roof, but not sure I'd want to stand flat footed on a 20 degree step plate, especially since it seems to always be wet and muddy in our part of the country.
Here's a good picture from their Tacoma sliders for comparison. I...
I went out and stepped on the 20 degree sliders on my Tacoma and my foot definitely wanted to slide down the spreader tubes (no step plates). For her and our son using them as a steps I think we'll have to compromise a little.
It appears that the main bottom square tubes are at the same height...
Just ordered a set of 5 degree with the dimple die step plates and powder coating.
Also ordered the pinch seam covers while I was at it.
I'm really struggling with the 5 vs 20 degree option. The sliders on my other rigs are 20 degrees, but that's from my old rock crawling days, since the...
I may have missed it, but I didn't see a reply to your question about that particular set up.
I'm also looking at either the same:
SS3 Max, White SAE Fog
SSC2 Pro, White Combo
SSC2 Pro, White Spot
-OR-
SS3 Max, White Combo
SSC2 Pro, White SAE Fog
SSC2 Pro, Amber SAE Fog
