Yeah, when they were first revealing the stickers, I thought they were hinting at the colors to come and got excited when I saw that green. When they revealed the "color carousel" I'm assuming those are our actual color options, not what is on the stickers themselves.
In regards to the colors, I'm disappointed that there appears to be no greens at all, let along a nice forest green (ala Highland Green). I think I would now lean more toward that medium metallic blue (doesn't quite look like metallic Grabber Blue to me?), a red of some variety or maybe that...
Yikes. Yeah if the base model starts at almost $40k, my interest in this thing will evaporate to a large extent. At that price point, it'll be interesting to see how sales go after the initial rush dies down.
Value is subjective but I have never seen anything close to $40k in value in any Jeep I've ever been around. It's a simple little runabout, not particularly known for reliability or build quality in any circles I've been involved with, and from my point of view, there's nothing inherently...
I'm not saying it should be discounted for the first year. I'm saying if they wanna lure more prospective buyers, it wouldn't be the worst idea to undercut Jeep...regardless of whether it's the first year or 5th year. While not deal breakers for me, I know many even now that scoff at the IFS and...
The difference is the Bronco (6G, that is) is a new product and unproven in the hands of the consumer. The Jeep is quite the opposite. If determined to be as capable (if not moreso) as any Jeep but more reliable and at a cheaper price, that's quite a no-brainer from a consumer standpoint.
Yeah, if the base model is over $35k, I'll have to reevaluate whether I'm in the market for one of these. I had assumed I would go for a mid-range model but certainly not for $40-45k or whatever it may be. Seems to me Ford would be doing themselves a great favor by trying to undercut Jeep, which...
