Well it's a question of whether or not it'd be painted as such from the factory. Anything can be painted after the fact, if you're willing to go through the extra trouble and expense. Personally I'd much rather it be from the factory like I want it but I just wonder if Ford's painting procedures...
Yeah, I noticed that as well. If they're not offering a white top, I wonder if that is why. Personally, I don't think a body color roll cage would look terrible but otherwise, it'd need to be painted white as well.
I hope the insiders are right too! My excitement thus far has been tempered by the expectation this thing is gonna be far more expensive than it's worth to me.
Yeah, it's not for me but I do like that it's an interesting color. The color palette revealed so far has been surprisingly ho-hum for such a fun enthusiast vehicle.
I like the look and it's a very nostalgic and retro look for a vehicle that's banking heavily on nostalgia and retro vibes. Would also be a nice contrast to Jeeps, that only offer black or body colored tops. To me, it was a no brainer that it'd be offered so I'm surprised if it in fact isn't...
Well, I haven't given up all hope yet as I think there's still options that haven't been revealed yet. That said, I'm not holding my breath. Personally, I think it'd be ridiculous to pay the high price tag I think this thing quite possibly will command and then still have to go through the...
Oh, I dunno. Maybe 30-33k, respectively. I've already heard speculation that base will start at 35k-40k or so though. If a mid-level Bronco like I'd want costs 45-50k, I'll definitely bow out. Just not worth that to me.
Yeah, my fear is there's gonna be a lot of deflated people when/if the pricing turns out to be sky high, which I suspect might be the case. Until then, I'm gonna enjoy this road to the unveiling...at least until cold hard reality settles in...lol
