Have you tried the Ford CS number 800-334-4375? I doubt they will have any more info than your dealer, but you can try.

You shouldn't have any issues related to the plugs. I have fixed many tires using plugs and they were totally fine until needing to be replaced due to overall thread wear.
I don't know the official date of the recall, but seems like you did squeak by...good for you. Otherwise you could have gotten a call to bring it back. Fat chance!
I checked Ford's recall page and my VIN shows no recalls.

For what it's worth, called Ford CS on Monday and was told it was built with an estimated delivery of 7/13-7/19 even though tracker still said in production. 6/14 was the last tracker update. Tracker changed to built yesterday. Now another wait and see, hoping to get that "shipped" status. 🤞
Follow what @Vooch said. The tear tag number will be right below your VIN. It won't show up until after you see a long list of code numbers under BCE Modules.
