Almost zero difference with roof rack on and off. I guess I'm lucky in that wind and leaks are not a thing for me. The road noise is what it is for a big square box on wheels. For me, it gets much louder when I take the roof and doors off. :)

Sound deadening headliner makes great mount for morale patches. Get some.

Took a spare Oakley case and some 3M adhesive tape. Looks good, works great. The natural bend in the back acts like a hinge. Keeps the Flak 2.0XLs right where I need it. Looks bigger in the photo but really works well and keep access to both the roof panels and aux switches clear.
