Google Ford TSB 23-2352. Print the whole thing off, make an appointment with service Manager and politely ask why they think this TSB does not apply to your Bronco. Based on your zip code you should have multiple dealers nearby, maybe try a different dealer if your preferred dealer says no to...
Here are the photos. This set up works great for me. But, in the spirit of full disclosure, here are the non-positives:
You will need to install a tailgate stop. There are a few available. Otherwise the board will smash the taillight when the tailgate goes past 90 degrees.
The board is...
Fog wiring for mod bumper depends on whether you have sensors or not. Explanation and answers here https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/factory-fog-light-switch.22937/page-59
search hint for this topic is to search for OEM fog light switch mod bumper. Not intuitive search term after the...
Don't have a picture handy. I've got the boards off for the summer. Will try to mount them up tomorrow and get one for you. It's only 4 bolts to remount them.
I have the HammerBuilt reinforcement and accessory arm you linked to. The hole pattern on the accessory is predrilled for Rotopak mounting hardware. I have a maxtrax universal mounting plate bolted to the HB accessory arm. The holes do not directly line up. I figured out what height I wanted...
"Cunningham's Law"Cunningham is credited with the idea: "The best way to get the right answer on the Internet is not to ask a question; it's to post the wrong answer." This refers to the observation that people are quicker to correct a wrong answer than to answer a question.

Set of 5 take-off wheels, tires, TPMS, Ford lug nuts and 4 center caps. Came off of a 23 Wildtrak. 4 tires have 6500 miles on them, spare has 0 miles on it. 2 wheels have very light scuff marks on the beauty rings and spare wheel has 2 small rub spots (I...
I've avoided jumping in this thread due all of the I know what you need better than you do.
To go back to original question, had a situation this winter where we could've used 4 but only had 2. I live high up in the mountains, 12 miles from nearest cell service and access via Forest Service...
Broncolado,
Reading through the replies, here is my take away ...
It seems the consensus is don't go down the spacer route. I have nothing to add on this.
The Bilstein 5100's mentioned is the "just do struts" alternative re-using stock springs.
Sasquatch take-offs has a lot going for it...
The 315/70 17 KO3 is load range F2. My guess is that these are targeted at the very heavy electric trucks, not Broncos. Available in 3 months. F2 tires on a Bronco would be too harsh a ride for me.
35 x 12.50 R17 LT is load range D2 and weighs 66 pounds. Still not light but better. One tenth...
I use this swing away / swing under model
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004BU5WHG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
Swap it between the bronco and the wive's JLU Rubicon as needed.
I have a slightly different take. The way Ford has positioned the Wildtrak as the high speed desert runner trim it is screaming for Torsen front diff just like they've been using on the Raptors for years. That way, those of us whose drive home requires miles of rough ass roads that are covered...
Thanks @SuperDave150 for politely reminding me of the obvious thing I knew at some level but had not thought through. Makes the decision much easier. No value adder for the E rated tire in this case, only weight penalty.
I am looking at 2 similar tires from the same manufacturer. One is a 315/70 - 17 load range D and the other is a 35 x 12.50 x 17 load range E2. Both tires have 2 ply sidewalls. Will the sidewalls on the E2 tires be tougher/less likely to be torn by rocks than the D rated tires? I assume the...
