I'm at 7800', and rarely drive below 4500', so I use 87 all the time. Averaging about 21.5 mpg overall, but usually 24.5 when I'm not towing my 2000 lb teardrop.
Absolutely! Scooby McGoober is 100 lbs, and the back of the Bronco is too high for him to jump in, but he puts his front paws up and then I boost him in. Once we start our drive, he goes right to sleep, and he's a great traveling buddy! And you?
But the picture he showed had the seats about 1/2 way down, implying that was how far they go! And the biggest "not flat" part is the back, not the front!
Could only watch for the first couple of minutes because this guy just loves the sound of his voice, and the seats DO fold flat, so if he got that wrong, how much else would he lie about?!
I got sideswiped in my 2021 Chevy Trail Boss by a garbage truck going to the gym where I worked for a meeting the first day of Covid lockdowns, and their commercial insurance agent was great and handled everything! Glad that you're OK, and that was a sweet ride, but now you'll get a new one!
I live in a town of about 100 folks, so I wave to everybody; more of a 2 finger salute than a wave, and when I head to the Safeway (about 75 miles from me) I wave to everybody on the state hwy! How hard is that to do, and I'd say about 50% give a hand gesture back.
Retired to NM after 32 years in CO, the last 17 at 9200' in Florissant (30 miles west of COS), and the best day trip would be to go to Woodland Park (about 15 miles west of COS) and check out some trail maps at the visitor center. Nice stream to walk along just off 67 North from WP, including...
That's a tough one, and a really light road bike; titanium or carbon fiber? I had an Alan carbon fiber bike built in the late 70's-early 80's (I'm 70 now and the memory is not too good) and loved it!
How do you like your TAG; I've got a '23 Boondock XL as well and love it! Got a BougeRV 30L 12V fridge which fits perfectly, and bring along the OtterBox that came with it for "overflow", and did a couple of trips to Skull Valley, AZ-HOT!
I've signed up with 2 different email addresses to get the notice when Hotheads gets their liner out for the Bronco, which they said (many months ago) was imminent; crickets so far!
