  1. Bronco Sasquatch suspension parts (shocks & springs) price quoted at $1300 from dealer parts department

Somewhere on this thread or another, someone sent you this VIN (1FMDE5CH6MLA63508) for a 2D, BL, 2.3, manual with Tow, but I didn't see a response for the the coil spring part numbers. That's a close enough match to my build. Thanks.
  2. Bronco Sasquatch suspension parts (shocks & springs) price quoted at $1300 from dealer parts department

Would these coils stay the same for a 2D, 2.3, Auto BL with Tow? Thanks.
  3. Show 33's some love picture thread

As requested! 285/70/R17 Falken AT3Ws on Alpha Delta wheels (17x8.5, +35mm offset). I've run a lot of ATs over the years and theses are my favorite so far. EDIT: BTW good choice on going with 33s on your 2 door. They are a good balance between performance and looks.
  4. Bronco Sasquatch suspension parts (shocks & springs) price quoted at $1300 from dealer parts department

I'm thinking of going through Cheaper Ford Parts. I was planning on reusing the top hats from the Hitachi coil overs (disassembling and assembling myself). Cost would be about $1500 shipped. However, I'd prefer to buy new top hats, so I don't have to disassemble the Hitachi coilovers. Do you...
  5. Bronco Sasquatch suspension parts (shocks & springs) price quoted at $1300 from dealer parts department

OK. Thanks for the feedback. I'll probably play it safe and get the bump stops too.
  6. Bronco Sasquatch suspension parts (shocks & springs) price quoted at $1300 from dealer parts department

Now that you've been running the Hitachi bump stops for a few months, have there been any issues? I'm about to order Sasquatch shocks and springs and it will save me $140 if I can reuse the Hitachi bump stops. Thanks.
  7. ICON 2.5 EXP Shocks Bridge The Gap Between Spacers and Threaded Coilovers!

I'm wondering how the performance and ride of Hoss 1.0 with EXP shocks compares to the OEM Hoss 2.0 suspension. Can you makes that comparison?
  8. ICON 2.5 EXP Shocks Bridge The Gap Between Spacers and Threaded Coilovers!

I had pretty much decided to replace my Hoss 1.0 coilovers with Hoss 2.0 (High Lift) coilovers. Now I'm reconsidering, pending answers to the posts about preload and suspension travel.
  9. The Definitive Guide to 2021+ Bronco Ride & Lift Heights with Wheel & Tire Sizes

Sasquatch vs Badlands Articulation (Update 1/2/2022) While the Bilstein coilover's are 0.43" taller on the Sasquatch vs the Badlands, they also have a 0.4" Bump stop vs the Badlands, limiting articulation, so the larger 35" tires don't top out on the fender well. Therefore, Sasquatch with 35"...
  10. Sasquatch vs non Sasquatch spare tire rack pictures!

I don’t think you’ll have any I don’t think you’ll have issues clearing the bumper but you may need to add a spacer between the wheel and tailgate mount. Otherwise you risk the tire pressing against the tailgate too much, causing damage. Also pay attention to the two rubber spacers between the...
  11. Looking for local guide Moab and Grand Junction

Red Rock 4 Wheelers is holding their annual Jeep Safari April 9-17. That would be a fun way to be introduced to Moab. BTW, Broncos will be welcomed too. Edit: I should also mention that April 4-8 is Spring Break for most public schools in Utah so Moab will be extremely crowded.
  12. Sasquatch Suspension Travel

Impressive! Any concerns with front drive shaft CV bind? Can you also post a picture of the modified bump stops? Thanks.
  13. Voiding Warranty

Amen regarding Bronze wheels, but "to each their own". I'm wishing that I had gone with a more classic looking silver wheel than the all black I put on.
  14. High Ride (Sasquatch) Coilover - Bumpstop Removal

I'll search for that insider post. Thanks. Please remember to share what you discover.
  15. High Ride (Sasquatch) Coilover - Bumpstop Removal

I thought I read somewhere that a strut spacer on BL or Sas coilovers will create too much angle on the driveshaft CV. Is there a limit? I’d only be looking for another 3/4” to 1” height increase.
  16. High Ride (Sasquatch) Coilover - Bumpstop Removal

Good advice, but I can’t help but think that the only differences between the Special and High Lift shocks are the location of the spring perch and the height (thickness) of the bump stop.
  17. Suggestions on lightweight tires and wheels?

If you’ll be going only “light off roading”, consider getting a P (passenger) tire instead of an LT (light truck). Many good all terrains have that option. The downside is less durability off road—particularly with side wall resistance to sharp rocks, roots and such.
  18. High Ride (Sasquatch) Coilover - Bumpstop Removal

Excellent! Sounds like you’ve done what I’m thinking of doing. Did you compare the Hitachi and High Ride bump stops? Any noticeable difference (thickness or compressibility)? How many miles on your “Special-High Ride” suspension?
  19. Will anyone need Front MOLLE Door Panels or plug those holes next to the front wheels?

IMHO, plugging the ends of the crash bars is a bad idea. It will trap moisture inside and accelerate rusting from the inside out. However, if the open ends are driving someone nuts (I get it), then filling them with a non-water absorbing foam before installing caps would help prevent rusting.
