Agreed - the only way to get body fot issues fixed at the factory is to file a warranty claim woth your servicing dealership. If you fix it on your own, Mother Ford will never know.

If your new Bronco won't take fuel, it is abaolutely a warranty issue. Servicing dealership should give you an FCTP vehicle to drive if it will take morw than a day to get parts and fix. I have 1 Mercury (2009) and 2 Fords that are capless, never had an issue fueling so I doubt that your issue...

No! My parents bought a new 1984 Bronco II, and the 1st night it was home I folded down the back seats and slept inside. Ordered a 1996 Bronco XLT, 5.8. Fortunate to still own both. The Bronco II my favorite off road machine.
