Noticed a little muck in the wheel well when I picked up from the dealer. In my excitement, I assumed - rather stupidly - it was just a bit of tar spackle from nearby road construction.
1,500mi later, I went to install some RG mud flaps and noticed that the “muck” was not tar, but grease. Seems...
Yeah, totally valid point! And with that in mind, I tend to agree with you. And tbh, I’m glad Ford made the decision on HOSS 3.0 for me, haha.
Saves me the pain of deciding on aftermarket suspension upgrades. HOSS 3.0 should be plenty for my usage.
And for all that comes with that package...
Not complaining.... but kind of am.
Going to pick up my VB WT from the dealer tomorrow, so crunching numbers.
I'm an early res holder who was lucky enough to get build date just before they made the order modification offer, so from what I'm understanding, both adjustments (columns A & C)...
Thought so. Appreciate ya!
Still hate it for my remaining unscheduled fellow WT order holders. Hope you guys can make some decent lemonade from this mess-o-lemons.
I’m scheduled for 1/23/2023 production week. My understanding is that you only get scheduled when all your build’s parts are sourced and/or on hand.
As such, it stands to reason this wouldn’t apply to mine and other scheduled builds.
But, reason hasn’t necessarily been a strong suit of the...
B&P says it “requires” modular front bumper, instead of “includes”. So, I would imagine you’re looking at $4,325 total.
Edit: Also worth noting that BD and BL come standard with the mod bumper. So, that may take some of the pain out of it if you’re going with one of those.
They're listing straight-up MSRP as $70k!! Wow! Looking at the sticker for the AMB OBX, the actual MSRP is $42,945.00. That seems like a legit misrepresentation/lie. At least the OP's dealer is up front about the "market adjustment".
That's wild, man!
But, "the fool and his money..."
Thanks for the info. I’ll have to watch and see if our 1yo does the same in her rear facing seat. From the complaints I constantly hear from her siblings (4yo & 11yo) on each side of her in the back seat that she’s “kicking” them, I’m thinking she actually may prefer legs over the side.
Either...
Man, just read the guidance on this, and sure enough, what you say is correct.
Just seems so cramped for growing kids to have no frontal leg-space, especially on long trips! Imagine if the airlines took away our leg-space and told us to just sit with our legs crossed. (Please, no one give them...
You can play around and compare different offsets and tire sizes with this calculator. Includes visualization so you can see how different offsets and tire sizes effect overall position.

So, SAS tires being 315/70/R17, and as all have mentioned...
This. I’m willing to bet there’ll be plenty of low mileage Bilstein takeoffs in short order.
With King already releasing, Fox offering through Ford Performance, people will have upgrade options right out the gate. It won’t be long before there’s Bilsteins in the B6G marketplace.
An absolute fact!
But RARELY does this concept work to the benefit of my toy purchases! :ROFLMAO:
So relieved the wife is now fully onboard. Now, how to do the same with mods...
White top!! Hoping that I get the option when redoing my order for MY22. Tough choices will have t be made!
Without getting into a gripe session - I get why Ford is leaving out the plumbing for those features, but I think it’s a misstep and incongruous with the spirit of the Bronco...
Thought about going aftermarket for the soft top - and may still. I have multiple things putting me into MY22, and I really like to mod top, so MIC won’t really do anything for me.
However, if someone is wanting to have hard and soft tops, either dual top option - MIC/soft or mod/soft - isn’t a...
“You didn’t tell me it was a convertible!!”
Words of my wife when she saw them drop the soft top during the demo at the SeaTac Bronco event.
Up until then, she was just excited that I was excited about the Bronco. Now, I’m not sure who’s more excited, me or her!!
I have dual top (mod & soft)...
Unless you REALLY have your heart set on owning a MY21 (1st yr bragging or collecting or whatever) or just really want it ASAP, the MY22 is probably a better choice anyhow. More options, and hopefully further kinks worked out of engineering, manufacturing, and QA processes leading to a more...
