Well hell…now you all made me lie to my kid. Maybe Ford put 120 on the dial because that is as fast as it would go without any governor/limiter. All that said, I have no plans to ever find out but nice to know I can punk a Prius if I have to.

So looking at what people have said, it sounds there is a variance in the exact number but just over 100 is a safe bet. Thanks everyone!

So aside from my curiosity, my 4yo boy judges vehicles almost exclusively on their top speed and asked how fast our new bronco goes. He looked at the speedo and said wow! That’s fast. I was sorry son, it can’t go that fast. So 101 huh?

So I’ve been wondering what is the top speed of the 2.7? I’m sure it is impacted by 2dr 4dr, hard or soft top…but generally speaking, how fast have you taken it?

This is a bit confusing because in the video, it looks like you are hitting three different aux switches.

Do videos count? It never looks as cool on video as it feels in real life.
