  1. Night Photos! Share Yours 📸

Best night photo I have was after a “parking incident “ on a trail.
  2. Manual transmission scraping noise / grinding sound

After waiting for the parts for over a year I asked for an update from my dealer. The service writer I had been working with is no longer there and it took the new guy a few minutes to find what I was talking about. Was then informed that because the TSB had been updated I would need to leave...
  3. Optional Roof Rack - Is it removeable?

In addition to the glove box check the storage area under the floor in the back, that’s where my triangle torque wrench was.
  4. Suspension install price?

Just had my local off road shop install Eibach pro truck stage 2 coil overs on all 4 corners. Total including parts and alignment was $2,890. Definitely could have done it myself cheaper but I don’t mind paying for the peace of mind of having it done by someone who knows suspension better than I do.
  5. Fire Extinguisher Mounting in the Bronco - Show Your Installs

quick release mount from Amazon on my M2M cargo shelf. Discovered the hard way that the roll bar mounts don’t fit on the 2 dr. Used the soft side of some adhesive Velcro to tighten up the connection and stop it from rattling going down the road.
  6. Suspension install price?

I will let you know in a couple weeks, mine is going in for surgery the day after Christmas to have Eibach pro truck 2.0 coil overs installed.
  7. Most UNDERUSED mods on Broncos? Go!

I use the hill decent regularly. Have some really steep mountain roads out here and while I love my manual the 2.3 does not have enough to hold the speed down. Is nice to set it at say 12mph and let the truck apply the brakes and save my leg lol
  8. Most UNDERUSED mods on Broncos? Go!

I think probably the only mod I don’t really use is the dash mount rail. Used it a few times to hold my phone for trail videos but have a dash cam installed now so won’t need it. I use the main display screen for on-x when I’m on the trails. Have used all my recovery gear several times, mostly...
  9. Auxillary switch wiring connection/distribution panel?

I have not used any of the factory pre run wires so I can’t comment on that but depending on what you are running they would probably be undersized even connected to the aux switch wiring. Like you I think the draw on the aux switch wiring will be minimal considering I’m simply using them to...
  10. The mountain beat me today. Stuck 3x and 1.5 hrs of winching

I added a rough country relocation bracket and brake light extension to make sure it cleared. Didn’t need the relocation bracket per se but I wanted the spare higher for towing clearance.
  11. So the hardtops are getting an (akward) award...

Same with my sept 22 2door. Some scuffs and scratches from off road abuse but no issues to speak of.
  12. What did you do TO / WITH your Bronco today? 👨🏻‍🔧🧰🚿🛠

Added an Amazon tailgate flag mount and two piece “carbon fiber” flagpole.
  13. Would you let the 2.3 be a dealbreaker ?

Have a 2dr non sas BD with the 2.3 and manual. 4.46 gearing on the BD. It gets up and moves just fine even with the heavy 35” mickeys I put on it. Being at over 6k in elevation here I was worried about it at first but the turbo makes a world of difference. No regrets about the engine at all.
  14. Mountains2metal 2 door cargo shelf. (UPDATE)

Any real world updates on how this setup is after a while? Thinking about ordering the same setup.
  15. Airbag jack with ARB twin air compressor onboard? Yes!

I thought about that one but wanted some kind of handle on it. For moving under the vehicle. Will have to look into the jack extension.
  16. New Guy… big question!

I say go for the manual and the advanced transfer case. The 2.3 is not that much less power than the 2.7 and the crawler gear with the 94:1 gear reduction in 4L is awesome off road.
  17. Airbag jack with ARB twin air compressor onboard? Yes!

It weighs about 35 lbs and I’m not sure how I would secure it onboard yet, but for the removal of tires to clean off the mud it was worth every penny lol
  18. Airbag jack with ARB twin air compressor onboard? Yes!

Just in case anyone else is curious, you can run one of those Vevor airbag jacks that’s been going viral with an ARB twin. It’s not quite tall enough on its own but is sure way faster than the factory jack.
