This is par for the course for KO2 tires. I have had a few sets and always saw the same. My current ones on my Raptor have 17k miles and are absolutely terrible in the rain.

I just upgraded to the ZFG tune and the difference is night and day. I daily my raptor. The biggest difference is the transmission calibration; it just cleans up all the issues i had with the stock and FP calibration...
i was hoping they would be a little beefier. I’m not sure i want a spot weld holding up my vehicle.

For anyone wanting your dealer to install the tune I would do all the pre staging work of creating the account and getting the tune on the device yourself. Then the dealer just needs to plug it in and hit go. Realistically all you need for warranty is the service receipt.
I had nothing but headaches with morimoto on past vehicles. Nice when it works but they don’t last long at all. This was using their ballast kits to retrofit explorer headlights.
