This relates to California owned and insured vehicles: California law regarding vehicle rates based on the driving data derived from the characteristics of how a vehicle is driven is strictly prohibited. The only rate basis that is allowed is on mileage to work/school and annual mileage that...
You couldn’t have ordered on 7/20/2020 as that was just 7 days past the rollout intro of the Bronco. The actual order banks opened on or around Jan 19, 2021 when I ordered mine and ultimately took possession on Dec 11, 2021. The email from Ford announcing the order banks opening came on Jan 15...
6180 lbs is the GVW, not the actual vehicle weight. The IRS tecognizes a truck for tax purposes as having a GVW of at least 6100 lbs. Different Bronco models and trims have different GVW ratings.
The real question is….does that replacement steering wheel have all the proper connectors to install the OEM airbag? I would suspect it depends on the vehicle manufacturer.
If that also includes the airbag, the $1200 is a bargain. I wouldn’t even consider the swap if there is no sirbag which would be a violation of federal law. BTW, my heated steering wheel gets so hot that it needs to be turned off
My wife thinks it gives the Bronco a finished look. As we live in a hot arid climate, I’m also of the opinion that is keeps direct sun off the tire and road elements off the wheel.
IOS is all updated…..but the issue is not the phone IMO, but rather the Bronco’s Sync4 system which I looked there for a remedy. My SYNC4 is all up to date as well
I have an iPhone 13 Pro and when added to the Bronco as a hands free device, the ring volume through the system is extremely loud and does not reflect the ring volume level set on the phone itself. It’s been so loud as to be a bothersome distraction.
I have been unable to find any volume...
I gently peeled off the MAP sticker prior to my cracked windshield being replaced, gently stuck the sticker edge to my workbench and put it back on the replacement windshield. My original and 1st replacement windshield were Carlite, and the 3rd windshield is a Fuyao brand (a common OEM brand now...
You just answered your question for us as noise level can be a subjective opinion. If you think a Taco is loud, then you won’t like the Bronco as it has more noise……especially at speeds above 65 mph.
You still should be using your insurance company (assuming you have Collision Coverage) as you should receive a better settlement on the valuation assuming it to be a total loss. I can speak from personal experience.
I, too have noticed more sensitive reception issues with my hardtop and factory roof rack. I am of the belief that the reception sensitivity issues stem from the installation of the antenna to the top of the roll bar inside the vehicle with the roof impeding the signal, rather than being mounted...
They live in a safe out of the way neighborhood away from main streets. You need to specifically know where you are going to get to their house as very few options exist to get there. Likely, the 1st TRX stolen nearby a few days before alerted the thieves that another TRX existed in the...
I have a 2021 OBX that I bought the 4.27/rear diff lock/4A option as a precaution in case I went to larger tires in the future. For $700 it was a no brainer. I am running the stock 32 in tires and will go to 33 in tires when ready for tire replacement. Due to the 10th gear overdrive ratio, I...
