Keeping my 2001 7.3l F250 Powerstroke - the iconic big Ford Truck. Has 280,000 miles and on third transmission. Pretty stock except ARE cap, Warn winch and bull bar and steps. When you need a truck, you need a TRUCK. So, no, we’re not crazy

On my BL w Lux (shipped today BTW). think I’ve decided to forego planning a winch (leave those for my F250, my NAS Defender90, and my Disco 1) and carry straps, soft shackles, and a MorePowerPuller. Might be an aftermarket solution in the more distant future, time will tell.…..if not, will get by.

Hardwired?

Anyone comment on Sport Mode in MT? In my Audi it not only changes throttle response but delays RPM drop between shifts (sweet!)…….among other things.

Anyone know if there’s a Forscan dongle that talks to iOS? <edit: just used my Google-fu, and there is but not for full functionality of changing settings, etc>

I’ve been following the Ineos saga from the outset. Seems an interesting descendant of the real Defender, but the vagaries of dealer and parts support worries me, vague comments like “we can ship parts and mechanics to anywhere in the world “ notwithstanding.
