I did the same thing on my Dad’s tractor when I was 18. In my head (with no prior experience) all tractors ran on diesel. So I just took it across the highway and filled it up from the green pump. Made it about halfway back across the highway. They just had to drain it and clean out the lines.
Finally put my order in with Jay Mathis at Town and Country on 2/2/22. No hassle, MSRP pricing and TCCustoms is doing the lift/wheel/tire upgrades for me on site.
So, honest question here that I will probably get roasted for: If you are that concerned about it that you don' t like to take anyone in it, why not sell it? The market is crazy and you could make enough on it to have a good down payment for something else.

I think all you can reasonably and morally do is let them know that if it falls through, you want first shot at it.
They gave me a purchase order complete with "vehicle order description" and price breakdown (taxes, fees and all) signed by myself and the Sales Manager.
My understanding of that lift would be that you probably got about 2.5 inches of lift in the rear and 3.5 in the front to level it out. It is the same lift I am going to do. If the lift is too high for you, I would check with Rough Country to see if there is a way to modify what you have or if...
