  1. Successful Dealer Reservation Change?

I got the Update email too. Meeting a local dealer tomorrow to investigate a transfer. Love Granger, but don’t want to wait for MY 23-24.
  2. Successful Dealer Reservation Change?

If that’s the case, then just place a net new order. Your order date is then your time stamp. I may transfer from Granger, but only if the time stamp moves. Otherwise, I’ll leave it and just place a new order. Then I’d cancel the one that comes in last. Or I have two Broncos! It’s been...
  3. Anyone know if you can actually transfer reservations?

So did they clarify if your time stamp for build order goes along with your order? Any suggestions on what’s a good reason to get approved?
  4. Have you changed dealers this week?

Someone posted on another thread that they tweeted Mike Levine to get their order moved. It’s been confusing whether you can move an order, not just a reservation. The other question is whether your time stamp moves also. What info did they require? I heard another member say they had to...
  5. Mike Levine saying outright he does NOT care about Granger/Chapman/SAC

I’m still trying to sort how an actual order is moved to another dealer. Reservations, sure. But we have to tweet Levine to move an order? Has anyone else been able to transfer an order? Does the reservation time stamp go with it?
  6. Switching Dealers with new allocation model???

Sorta contradicts Mike Levine’s suggestion we transfer our orders, huh? I’m not on Twitter or FB, but maybe someone can ask him to clarify his statement, or update CS on the new policy.
  7. Switching Dealers with new allocation model???

I’ve heard reports that folks were told they can’t transfer by Ford Customer Service today. It would be good to consolidate reports - successful or not - onto this thread. There are a lot of questions about this, starting obviously with whether it can be done. But do we transfer before or...
  8. California Check-in

I checked back with SouthBay. About 150 orders to move to ā€˜22, but no allocation yet from Ford. I was just out of ā€˜21 range when I transferred, but they promised to guarantee MSRP in writing this time. I’m going to run B&P on Wednesday and talk to them about transferring. Fingers crossed.
  9. $15K Price Increase From Dealer Over MSRP Scam

You should post this on Mike Levine’s Twitter and other social media. This is exactly why people went to Granger. Not for a lower price, but for a set price and an honest transaction. If this is what Ford is promoting with their model, it needs to get aired in the media.
  10. California Check-in

Los Angeles, South Bay. 2 dr Black Diamond, but might squach or Badlands the order. I moved to Granger, since I couldn’t get South Bay Ford to commit pricing in writing - and I’ve bought 2-3 cars from them. I was told X-plan, then MSRP, then ā€œmarket pricingā€. That’s when I moved to...
  11. šŸ“’ Latest 2022 Bronco Order Guide Released (Updated Monthly) + Price List

And plastic on the rear seat backs instead of carpet. I was also hoping they’d lose the orange trim on the Badlands.
  12. Any confirmation if the soft top will become a standard feature for MY22 two door?

Is there any reason - legal or otherwise - that the 2dr can’t come stock with a soft top?
  13. Eruption Green & Hot Pepper Red Metallic coming for 2022 Bronco. Antimatter Blue, Lightning Blue and Rapid Red Going Away

Well, I actually have a tough choice now. I ordered A51, but I do like the green. Reminds me of my old Defender in British Racing Green. Wish I’d not parted with it. But looking forward to the Bronco, if and when it arrives…
  14. Bronco production update 8/3: More downtime expected weeks of 8/16 and/or 8/23

Well, at least I got a limited edition poster of a truck I can’t have. Course, the dog chewed off a corner of it, since it’s a Bronco-thing.
  15. Granger Ford - Passing of Albert Schmitz

Terrible news. Condolences to the family and everyone at Granger. He made the remote purchase so comfortable.
  16. Bronco U260

While you’re waiting on your 2021 (or 2022), here’s an article about another Bronco you can’t get... https://www.hagerty.com/media/car-design/the-u260-was-a-proto-bronco-that-deserved-to-live
  17. Motorized (Front) License Plate via Aux Button

I live in California. Never had a front plate on any of my 911’s, and have gotten two tickets, which were added onto parking tickets. Nothing added on moving violations. The front plate tickets were $25, so two were $50. Not worth more than that for a bracket. Given CA’s reputation, I’m...
  18. They should offer hardtop retrofit kit (with connection / switches preinstalled)

This is a simple way to ship some more 2 doors. I don’t want a hard top, but was forced to take it. Seems like they need this option.
  19. If Ford offered a 2DR Factory soft top for faster delivery, would you take it?

I live in SoCal and never wanted a hard top on my 2 dr Black Diamond. I was going to sell it or stash it somewhere anyway. I’d gladly take a soft top option. From what I recall, a lot of orders were from CA, FL, etc. Ford wants money, we want Broncos. Seems like an obvious thing (anyone...
  20. 5/28 Bronco Production Update E-mail & Dealer Insight FAQ šŸ“¬

They need to open up two doors to soft tops. It’s silly for them to not offer that as an option at this point.
