Its been happening sense it was right off the lot. My focus rs did the same thing and i was able to put a good high temp grease on the spring and it went away but I've done that on my bronco and it hasn't gone away. I've spray wd40 everywhere I could and still didn't go away. and even took a...
ahh lucky you. when i release my clutch pedal in 90+ degree weather or with the heater on the floor setting it squeaks and you can feel the chatter from it in your foot. Its like nails on a chalk board some days lol
yup i think i have the same problem. I haven't taken it in for it yet, my transmission basically grinds going into 2nd, 3rd,4th,5th when the weather is colder out so i have to wait untill winter to take it back in
yeah, there are definitely some weird things with ordering. When I was looking for mine, I noticed you couldnt get a 2024 black diamond 2 door with a manual and seat heater. could do an automatic 2 door with seat heaters, manual 4 door with seat heaters, auto 4 doors with seat heaters or 2...
You can get a 2.3 auto

lol. Its just weird my first transmission felt like a tractor all the time plus the other stuff it was doing and my second one has distinguishable moods. For days at a time it'll feel the same as my focus rs or speed3 did and then out of nowhere it'll feel like the 87 Kubota we had on the farm...
Thank you. When I get home I'll put a wrench on it and see if its tight.
My transmission sometimes feels like a tractor sometimes and sometimes feels fine and I have a theory that something may be moving causing it to bind up on itself and if that's loose that would be a sign that I'm onto...
I did the first oil change over the weekend and noticed this bolt on the passenger side looks like it wasn’t tighten down. It's on the passenger side, and I believe it's for the steering rack but i could be wrong on that.
Just curious if it’s supposed to be like that?
Sorry not the best...
Mine is doing the same thing. My focus rs did the same thing as well and I just put grease on the spring on the pedal and it never came back. Don't know if that'll work on the bronco tho.
Its got to go back any wase, the top was replaced at the same time, and they didn't put the insulation on the ceiling of the top. I called them the next morning, so I assume at this point they're waiting on a loaner for me but not 100 % sure. I may even preemptively reach out to another...
I have a 24 Black Diamond non sas with about 4200 miles on it. My first transmission felt like a tractor going into 2,4,6 most of the time and would occasionally grind going into 3rd and twice locked me out of 3rd to the point where I had to go neutral, off clutch, on clutch and then into 3rd...
So, my originally transmission started out with just 2nd gear and as I put miles on it the others started to do it to but intermittently. And my new transmission feels exactly like the other one, but it doesn't make any noise or hasn't grinded going into any gears or locked me out of 3rd...
