@Freebird32 I just wish we had options. If it was a normal purchase and the dealership had lousy service, we’d walk out and shop somewhere else. Ford gave the dealer all the power here.

I’ve heard absolute crickets from Mullinax, they obviously don’t reach out to help, and it’s like pulling teeth to get answers to any questions. I’m really regretting choosing them, and even more frustrated that we’re stuck there. at least I hope I get a dealer satisfaction survey 🤣
