Bad news on the sound from the rear- you will experience the same in thing in a hard top. Buddy has a 4 door hardtop badlands, and he has just as much noise from the rear as I do. Sad.

I wish I could offer more insight - but this sounds like a general computer module failure. A major one; brakes not working is insane, and doesn't fully make sense to me. Make sure you document everything and bring it to a decent dealer.

I have the OEM antenna and rough country mirror lights. Same issue. the wiring runs too close to the antenna is my belief. General electrical interference. My radio is actually slightly fuzzy even with it off and gets WAY worse when its on. Dope!
